I bought the shampoo, volumizer and mousse product. They worked no better than anything else I’ve tried. The volume wasn’t anything special and certainly didn’t last nearly as long as they purported. Would not buy again

I have been using WOW products and highly recommended them until I bought the Money Masque. I am again noticing that every time I use it I have a handful of hair when rinsing. I contacted colorwow and ecwn sent pictures asking if anyone is complaining about this. I got a short reply, that everyone responds differently. This product is not cheap and after a month, I try using it again and again handful of hair. This product has some thing in it. That causes hair loss. Sad that the company is not willing to look into this or acknowledge this as an issue.

This has made my previously healthy hair dry, brittle and snapped in patches with some snapped to within a few inches from the scalp. Although colour treated2/3 times a year, my hair was alway strong and healthy until using this product. Wish I'd never touched it. Now have terrible fly aways and snapped hair that I'm scared to colour/blow dry at risk of causing further damage. Going to be a long growing out process.

I bought this product after the TikTok ads. It's a SCAM! My hair is NOT a big and beautiful it's flat and breaking off everywhere. I went thru the 90s where I used a can of hairspray every 2 days and never broke off this bad. I spent more than I normally do. I wish I would have known before hand and will be throwing it away!

All I can say is WOW---did I get screwed. Their web site is NOT safe. Moments after making my purchase, my credit card info was stolen and gift cards starting popping up. The product is WAY overrated. It's just hair spray, folks.

If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. And their advertising on Instagram got me. I have fine hair and was excited to get some volume and thickness like they advertise for their Carb Cocktail and Bombshell Volumizer. Sad to say, they do not work as advertised. Not at all. Save your money and try a different brand.

I bought the "Dream Cocktail" for it's leave in thickening treatment because I have fine limp hair. It literally does nothing. No small amount or large amput of product does anything different. It's terrible.

My hair has been breaking off all throughout my hair at different lengths since using Color Wow. I have always had healthy hair and just wanted extra curl with no frizz. Tried deep conditioning treatments and nothing has helped the damage. I have stopped using the wow products. Will have to get hair cut short.

Do not use if you have tape hair extensions - it says its fine for extensions but when i got mine changed the other day it took 2 hours to take them all out (usually takes an hour to take out and refit) the glue on the tapes had broken down so much and become extremely tacky and sticky that they were impossible to remove. I was left with sticky residue all over my hair. It has never happened before and the only difference this time is that i had used colour wow.

This product is over priced and over rated. You need a considerable amount to saturate your hair as per the instructions.
Save your money and buy something else that actually works. This product doesn’t deliver.

Developed sore spots on my scalp which I think reading other reviews could be down to these products. Will stop using them and see what happens 🤞🏻 they clear up

TERRIBLE!! I cannot even get the information on how to return. Their customer service link is not working. AWFUL!!!! All I want to do is get my refund and move on with my life!! Maybe someone will reach out to me, please!!~!

Awful stuff, bought the colour security shampoo and conditioner, dried my scalp causing painful sores, hair feels dry and brittle and very flat avoid

Amazing products I use multiple products, including the iconic dreamcoat which is fantastic! I highly recommend the pop and lock serum, the one minute miracle cream and the cult favourite flex and hold spray is the best on the market.

I’ve recently dealt with Annabelle in customer service and they are fantastic. I can’t see myself trusting another brand like I do with Colour Wow!

Complete waste of money.
Had to rewash and style my hair after using this rubbish. Flat and greasy . So disappointed that I fell for the hype.

I can not tell you how many times I have received color wow products and everytime a whole bottle of whatever I have ordered the pump stops working. Wasting the whole bottle. Rip off. I’m over it and will never order again. Doesn’t work that great any way

What a waste of £84
I purchased shampoo/conditioner/steroid lift and root colour.
The shampoo & conditioner left my hair flat.
The steroid lift useless it gave a lift for all of 5 mins then fell flat.
The Root colour what a shock it turned my scalp was orange, I had to wash out.
It’s annoying when your trying to find products for thinning hair and do their own test to see which are best for you, I really wish I’d read the reviews on here first and not the ones on their own website, I’d have stayed well clear, now I’m £84 down money no one can afford to lose.

Awful product. I used the MoneyMist and it’s made absolutely no difference to my hair. A waste of money. Ignore the hype and clever instagram marketing.

I purchased a few items a couple of weeks ago. At first the Dream Coat Iconic looked great on my hair. I also, purchased the root lifter which seems to be pretty good so far. However, this week the Dream Coat Iconic seems to have made my hair very dry. I purchased the one if you want to wear your hair curly or wavy and it did nothing. The hair spray with the steroids seems to make it frizzy. I will be bringing these back to Sephor. They give you 30 days to return! I am not going to pay or keep something that is not working. Olaplex was hyped up to and I returned that. The one that works best for me and always has is Nexus. I then put a little Argan oil to help my hair. All these new shampoos and conditions are a money racket! I tried Briogio too! I did get stuck not returning the deep moisturing condition $30 on time. The products for a few uses work great, but then the hair gets use to it and does nothing. Not a fan!

What a fabulous company and so refreshing to see one that is so customer focused in today's marketplace. I love their products (and I have Dreamcoat etc) as I've got older and my hair has become more wiry. Plus they look great in my dressing room! A friend visiting saw them and said she had been told how good they were too. I then ordered a travel set for her birthday. I typed in the last digit on the postcode incorrectly and the delivery went we know not where as there was not another house with her name in the area. I contacted Color Wow and Annabelle responded instantly, and then sent a replacement at their cost. I was completely bowled over by this and thank you so much. I will continue using their products as they are well worth the money and last well too. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
