Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 52 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained about expensive prices and poor quality, noting that the items left their hair dry, damaged, or brittle instead of improving it as promised. People also experienced deeply frustrating issues with completely unhelpful customer support when trying to resolve problems or ask for basic assistance. Some reviewers were happy with specific items like the curl cream or styling spray that actually worked wonderfully for their hair type. These customers found that certain treatments successfully left their hair feeling shiny, smooth, and full of very noticeable volume.

I can’t believe the negative reviews!

I can’t believe the negative reviews. Not wanting to invalidate anyone’s experience, but I came to Tripadvisor to write a rare review as I was seriously impressed. The products are fantastic, leaving my hair soft, shiny, manageable, thick and healthy looking. But I also wanted to write a review as the customer service is truly top notch. I forgot to order an item with my initial order. So ordered it separately, paying for next day delivery x 2. I emailed to explain this. Not only did they refund one of the delivery charges, they have also sent a travel size product separately too. The order arrived next day, well packaged and in time for a holiday. Annabelle, who dealt with my order via email was lovely and professional. I am so very impressed. Absolutely recommend.

Had such high hopes for the products that I purchased, they are by far the worst I've ever used!
My hair is now brittle and feels so dry and that's after 1 use...
I bought into the hype on social media...stupid me!
That was the first and last time I use their products...waste of money!!!!

I'm a hair stylist I tried Wow several times , not impressed at all ,it made my hair too soft ,I have blonde colored hair so it's more porous so it should absorb WOW better ,but it flopped even though my hair is layered on the top, Wella styling foam is far better ,volumises very well and the Wella spray gel keeps your hair style in for days , and it's a third of the price of Wow very disappointed with Wow

Please DONT use…

I have and have always had long black hair. Was attracted to the product through their advertising . After less than 4 weeks . Losing a lot of hair and breakages . I’m not someone who has time to write reviews . Please be careful . Stick to what you know .

Please keep away from these!!

Started using the root lift, xtra large and dream coat and actually liked the volume it gave my hair but 2 months down the line the damage I’ve got means my hair has had to be cut to above my chin. My hair went super brittle and started snapping off at the ends and then some just below the root. I wrote an honest review on their social media page and several others were agreeeing and then my comment was taken down and I can no longer reply to anything. Please please please if you value the health of your hair stay well clear of these products, they need to be taken off shelves and the company investigated

Spent a fortune on these products

Spent a fortune on these products - root lift, xl volume, dreamcoat, speed dry, kale cocktail, money mist, money mask and blonde colour corrector and my hair has never been worse. After using is it crispy, sticky, dry and breaking off, the products do nothing of benefit for my hair at all and I have wasted close to £250, absolute rubbish, I previously used my organics and wish I had never changed

Don't waste your money

So far I've tried dream filter, dream cocktail and one minute transformation cream. Not one of these products has made a difference and they certainly don't do what it shows in the product videos. Absolute waste of money!

Waste of money

After watching lots of videos showing how much volume you can get using this product on fine, thin hair I decided to spend the money and try it out.
What a waste of money!!!
I got the XLB volumiser, firstly no matter how much I shake that bottle the product still comes out like sticky water. Used it anyway, blow dried it and the result was no different to if I’d not used any product.
In fact my supermarket own branded mouse does a better job and that’s under £2!

Zero reply

I ordered the wrong product as followed a link on their "Volumising" advert on instagram and ended up buying their frizz product as assumed the link took me to the correct product. I simply wanted an exchange as the product is expensive at £25 a bottle and I still wanted to try the voluminising one. I have had zero reply from two emails sent and a voicemail left. I have just left another voicemail. Absolutely horrendous and still stuck with a frizz product and £25 down. I WILL never be fooled again by such adverts and will be telling everyone not to use their products.

Whatever is in this product that causes…

Whatever is in this product that causes breakage I believe is also in Olaplex. All the other reviews say it's impossible but believe these reviews! Don't take the risk with either. There needs to be some more research into these products as they are obviousley having an adverse affect on certain hair types! My hair is ruined once again 😪 ill stick with my usual trusted products from now on.

Colour wow products are killing my hair

Right I bought these products after being influences on tik tok. I bought the colour wow kale infused, the coconut, the raise the root, xbomb volumizer, the carbohydrate infused, the quixk blow dry spray and the dream coat. Most of the products smell good like the coconut and kale and feels lovely to put on damp hair just before vlow drying. The volumizer stuff and the raise the root well it left my hair sticky and did absolutely nothing after blow drying it's rubbish. The dream coat rubbish. The quick drying spray smells horrible and leaves my hair feeling horrible. I have been using these for the past few months and my hair is a blonde balyage I have not had anything done to it since March 24 but I tell you my hair is so bad. It's gets knotty so easily, very dry and crunchy and so brittle. It's in such a bad condition since I have used the products. After blow drying my hair feels ultra dry and tangles there is no moisture left. No way am I left with smooth hair. So avoid or use with caution. I will go back to my Neil and wolf which I can trust. These colour wow products were so expensive to buy and I'm so disappointed it's unreal.

I used the dream coat and the Root…

I used the dream coat and the Root lift. My hair was fine before these items, now breakage all over and the condition is terrible. I stick to known brands now all cruilty free and vegan when possible. Don't be pulled in stick with what you know. Going to take a long time for my hair to get back to what it was, may not ever be the same. Not used for a while now, but hair is still not great.
