The courses are great but the player is garbage. It keeps crashing and telling that my internet is unstable, which is ot the case. Even a change to public dns won't help. Their player is unreliable and it's a pain to watch the courses. They don't care about you as a customer.

Amazing content they require a external player called kollus player to see the videos and work perfectly. This is to avoid piracy and illegal recording and sharing. And it work fine, u have to change dns to public ones if u are not an apple user which is cool, I don’t have anything to hide. I’m not a pay reviewer. Is the most amazing place to study art from the art gods. I really hope they translate more classes from their korean website and improve more their support. I love coloso and their content as well their policy to keep your classes for life. Keep it up 👍

As other people mentioned, their video player is unstable and often won't work at all, so you cannot follow your classes. Most of their courses are 100+ dollars, yet they don't have a working player. I've wasted hundreds of dollars on their site for courses I have given up on because they won't play at all. Their support is also unresponsive and give you automated 1 liners. They don't seem to care at all about providing a solution. They spend all their money on marketing, but none on customer support. Don't buy from them!

Alot of unstable internet connection problems. I've checked if it was on my side but it's not my problems. It's the coloso website that is really really bad. I've just purchased a course a few days ago but i will never purchase again from this website. I'd rather have a refund.

Website lags all the time or does not want to load the video so you are unable to watch the course. I am waiting if they will refund me if they will I will change the stars because the course looks nice.
