They changed the artwork we sent over…

They changed the artwork we sent over prior to print, our clients not happy, they don't appear to have any drive to fix the issue which is just as frustrating, I've never known any printer change the artwork we provide and just send it out, the logo printed is twice the thickness of the one supplied.

Excellent!

This was our first time ordering from Colourfast Graphics, and are really happy with the experience. Jason advised us on how we could achieve what we wanted and went out of his way to make sure that we got there. Excellent communication. Superb quality products and fast delivery. A true professional. Excellent service overall.

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - AVOID . Sent a clear brief complete with mock ups and instead of communicating that they could not - for some unspecified reason - produce what I had asked for they produced something else entirely. When I pointed out the instructions and brief provided they refused to put right or refund. It also took over 2 weeks for them to come back to me.

Good reliable service

I've ordered from Colour Graphics several times, and they consistently deliver on time with excellent quality. Recently, they completed an urgent job for me and turned it around quickly. Highly recommend!

Best avoided if prints needed on time

After using them for years, and seeing their delivery times and courier service getting worse every order, can’t help but write this review. Owners don’t seem to care much about the feedback left here but hopefully this will be a warning to others.

If you’re getting your order delivered you’ll most certainly not get it on time. And for my last three orders, all diabond prints came damaged courtesy of the lovely people at DX.

My last order was so badly damaged it was unusable so asked them for reprints and they offered to send it directly with a person with a van they use. My original order was originally late. Then this happened. Spoke to them on a Monday, said it would be with me by Thursday. After chasing them for another week finally got my stuff the following week Friday, total delay of 2 weeks. No apology, made it sound like they were doing me a favour.

Ridiculous. Won’t be using them again and hopefully people will pay heed to the negative comments and steer clear.

Terrible customer service

I recently made a purchase from colourgraphics.com on May 23rd. However, my overall experience with them has been quite disappointing. On May 25th, I took the initiative to reach out via email to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, it wasn't until May 26th that I finally received an update stating that my order would be delivered by May 31st. Despite the promised delivery date, the print has still not arrived, leading me to contact their sales team three times in pursuit of answers.

Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from colourgraphics.com. The sales team has displayed rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism throughout my interactions with them. What troubles me further is their inability to differentiate potential high-value clients, as I have placed orders both for personal use and through large company accounts. It appears that they treat all customers poorly, regardless of their potential value.

Furthermore, I found the functionality of their website to be subpar, as it does not work properly. The absence of a dedicated customer service department is also a significant drawback. Considering these factors, I have decided that I will not be utilizing colourgraphics.com for any future orders.

In conclusion, my experience with colourgraphics.com has been deeply unsatisfactory. The delays in delivery, lack of professionalism, malfunctioning website, and absence of dedicated customer service have all contributed to my decision to seek alternative options for my printing needs.

I'm still chasing for my product - Please send it or refund us ASAP.

Recent order was a disappointment

Recent order was a disappointment, the Correx sign was not good quality and had a dent in it. Tried emailing and the response was quite slow but I am happy to say that they did replace the sign with a new one which was of a much better quality.

Avoid

Avoid. Terrible service. I ordered a present for my daughter’s 10th birthday that was supposed to arrive two days beforehand. It never arrived in time for her birthday - I wrote three emails and they didn’t even bother replying. I paid close to £10 for delivery

Very unprofesional

It's a hard and very long process to get help from this company. If I send them a mail to them with multiple questions, then they only answer 1 question and the answer is only a half answer.

Second thing, they have an option to get uploaded pictures checked for any problems but they charge further 20£ for that service.

They should be here for their customer and shouldn't be charging extra to do this service. Very disappointing attitude.
