I ordered something off their site 11…
I ordered something off their site 11 days ago. I’ve contacted coloursuits 3 times and every time they say „it will be shipped tomorrow“(what didn’t happen). Not why it takes so long not one sorry for the bad circumstances.I think this is not acceptable. On their site it says it will be shipped 1-3 days and after 11 days mine still isn’t shipped. Never experienced this on an website that the package takes so long to be shipped. 1 star for the quick response from the customer service and for hoping that my package will still arrive. Wouldn’t recommend ordering there
