Absolutely Terrible Experience. Avoid Ordering from Columbia's Website

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Columbia's website. My order was supposed to arrive within the 3 to 4 business day window, yet it has now been over a week, and the order status still claims it is "on schedule," which it clearly is not. This delay is especially frustrating because I have an upcoming hiking trip and specifically ordered these clothes to take with me.

To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unhelpful. After reaching out for support, I received no real answers, no solutions, and absolutely no sense of urgency. It felt like I was talking to a wall.

Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I have had. Avoid ordering from this website at all costs.

Awful customer service!!

Awful customer service!!. I returned the product without being used, and with all its original tags. Days later someone from customer service contacted me saying that the product did not comply with return requirements. The email had a broken link with a picture as 'evidence'. I've contacted customer service requesting new pictures as evidence of what was wrong with the return and the only thing I got back was complete silence.

Good

There is usually some delays with the delivery. But I could contact them and ask them question via phone and email.
You can trust it and put an order online.

No customer service what so ever

No customer service what so ever. They send orders with DPD (at least for Netherlands) and DPD carefully either prefer to deliver to random addresses or not deliver at all (lose the parcel and tell you to contact the customer service from another country as parcel are delivered from abroad). This was the last order from this company!
UPDATE:
It has been a month since I ordered. Still waiting Columbia to sort out not delivered order!

Stay away from Columbia Sportswear website.

Bought a skijacket from the ‘titanium’…

Bought a skijacket from the ‘titanium’ line. Columbia’s most expensive and ‘best’. After 2 years and 1 month the zipper broke off while going for a walk. No warranty or any help of course. The jacket cost 450€. Value doesn’t mean quality with Columbia. Never buying from them again. I’ll stick with Patagonia; just as expensive and they go out of their way to keep your product alive.

Poor service deliver - still waiting for a refund

I ordered a jacket on black Friday that never got delivered. Granted this is a repeated problem I experienced with their choice of delivery service. However, I requested a refund a while back from Columbia Sportwear and still have not received it. I have called about 4/5 times now and I am still waiting. Very frustrating and will never order anything from them again.

Lost return package

I ordered a pair of snow boots but had to return them because they were too small. I took the return package to a PostNL collection point and got the receipt with a track & trace code. After a few days, I tried to track the package, but it was not possible to see where it was. So, I contacted PostNL and asked them about the current state of my return package. They said they couldn't locate the package and Columbia must request an inquiry since they were covering the delivery cost. So this time, I contacted Columbia Customer Service, explained the issue in detail, and then received an email that said they would contact me in 48 hours. A couple of days later, they emailed me again and told me that due to an increased number of consumer requests, they couldn't deal with my request but would get back to me as soon as possible. Still waiting for a proper response from them...

Not refunding my money - i threw my money away

Poor customer service ever!!!
I returned a package, and it got lost during the delivery back. Even though I returned it, I didn’t get my refund. When i call the customer service they mentioned they will locate the package first before returning my package. I waited a month for this investigation and i called the customer service regularly. Close to the end of the month they said they can refund me after they talked with the return team because the package is not found after a month. 1 more week past and i got a reply email from them saying they are trying to locate the package first. I feel like i throw my money to the bin!!!
