Agree entirely with earlier comment

Agree entirely with earlier comment. This company demands certified paper copies of documents. There is a system online to prove you hold Power of Attorney. It has been set up by the Government to avoid attornies having to chase about to get certified copies and send them by special delivery. It's a stressful time anyway and this company just adds to it. Why? Are they just behind the times and unaware or can't they be bothered? Infuriating!

Terrible Service

My daughters Child Trust Fund has recently matured and they are making it hideously hard for her to withdraw the money. She has passport, provisional drivers license that can be easily sent by PDF and whose authenticity can be easily checked. Instead they are asking for certified copies that have to be certified by a policeman, magistrate, senior civil servant, doctor etc.

We all have plenty of them in our close circle of friends don't we? The simple transaction of withdrawing funds is being turned into a needlessly difficult and stressful experience. It is time consuming, awkward and totally unnecessary.

I worked in Financial Services for 15 years, arranged mortgages, pensions, investments etc and never faced such a ridiculous situation.

Very disappointing and very annoying!
