I would love to be constructive but they are a fraudulent company. Issues I had with them:

1. Claim they do next day postage if you order before 11pm. LIE! Dispatch wasn't for another 2 weeks almost

2. They claim they delivered the item. No proof given and also I was outside the country! and then they stopped responding.

What you receive is not what they advertise. You get some horrid badly packaged nasty coat which they don’t even bother to brand. The sizing is absolutely miles out, I got an L as it said go a size up to normal and it’s huge. They then will try to weasel out of you being able to return it by stating some tiny detail in their T’s and C’s. They legally have to accept a return, I am about to charge the cost back because they are messing me around.

Terrible quality clothing, awful customer services, a complete con.

The biggest and best SCAM I’ve ever come across. Will NOT refund blaming sale items. Their products are branded with a Chinese name, the quality of if the lowest that I have ever come across in any garment. The sizing is terrible and they should be prosecuted for taking money from people.

As per all the other reviews, please please avoid. It is genuinely some of the cheapest tat I have ever seen, awful sizing as well. They don’t allow you to refund because they don’t accept returns on sale items but everything on their website is discounted. If anyone has had success in escalating it to get their money returned externally please comment!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will not return your money despite the fact that the sizing is completely out. The quality is rubbish and they refuse to provide their registered address to escalate the issue with the relevant authority.

Get a chargeback request from your bank.

I agree with all the reviews written here - their clothes clearly come from a Chinese sweatshop with terrible quality (some of the worst stitching and finishes I've ever seen)
The site claims items on sale are not refundable, which is illegal under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. This site needs to be shut down immediately as all imagery and information shown on their website are fake.
I am guessing they have some form of connection with the Netherlands/Belgium and are probably not based in the UK as they kept some of the information in Dutch on their Contact page.

Never have I been so disappointed and in disbelief. Nothing like what is described or shown in the photos. I've never known clothes so poorly made or materials so cheap. The sizes are all wrong, the fabric is so thin, the stitching is a joke, the zips and buttons must've come from the reject pile at the button and zip factory. A blind baboon was probably responsible for cutting out the material because it just looks off. As soon as i got a payment receipt from a Chinese company, I had a feeling I was in trouble. I bought several items. Each came separately. All but one were terrible. On one the button came off immediately. How these companies get away with selling this crap is beyond me. Don't make the same mistake(s) I did. Save your money and avoid this company like the plague. I wouldn't pay 10% of what I paid for these items. The one item that is half decent doesn't even match the photos. The rest I'd feel guilty for donating to charity. They are THE WORST quality products that I've ever had the misfortune of parting with money for. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Fake company, awful quality.
Products came with an unknown chinese label attached and would catch fire in a second.
Refuse to accept returns are they were sent directly from China, refused a refund.
Said they won't refund as the item was in a sale, but all of their products are in a sale, so they won't refund anyone.

Still trying to get a refund.

I ordered a Blazer and a Mac from this website. First of all the item was delivered late. The blazer smells of sweat, upon contacting the customer service, they totally disregarded the issue and told me that there is nothing that they can do. The Mac size is not what the size guide advertised on the website therefore it is too small. They won't process a return as according to them it's a sale item however they have delivered a used item. The items recieved look cheap. Save your money and don't shop here.

Terrible site. Cheaply made products from China, masquerading as a UK company. Place an order and you will get some made up story about delays to cover the fact it comes from overseas so shipping takes so long. Then illegally tell you they cannot refund sale items. Uk law does not allow this, thank God. Item is way smaller than size chart shows. Let's see. I have a feeling a chargeback is required on this one. Scam artists. Avoid!

Flashy website, promising luxury Italian quality from a London-based company. The reality is they send the cheapest, lowest quality items shipped directly from China, taking 3 weeks to arrive. They then refuse to accept returns because “it’s a sale item” - but the sale is permanent and every item on their website is in it. This is illegal. Total scam - do NOT use.
