I ordered 1 simple thing and i still haven’t received it and i ordered it a month ago. Sent them a message, didn’t get an answer aswel. Never again!

Never received my order, company so unhelpful.
Ordered some tokens to be sent to the UK. They got stuck in customs and Combicraft were so unhelpful. Even though I contacted them multiple times to try and help. Customs eventually sent them back to the company after saying I didn’t pay the customs, which I NEVER received any information or communication about. Combicraft now saying I have to pay for shipping again. Even though it was their shipping that failed.
