I was trying to connect with Xfinity…

I was trying to connect with Xfinity CSR to correct some billing issues. I tried to log in the website to view my bill, it error-ed out with 400. after a few times I went my phone and log into the app. then chatted with the robot and eventually connected with a live agent, but the stupid system dropped the agent after a while, another agent get connected and dropped, nothing was worked out till the 5th agent, I warned him the quick dropping issue and he could help the problem quickly. He suggested me call the 1800 call Xfiity number next time. the next day I saw all the billing issue is still there on in the app, I called the number, and the phone system choked, and whatever you say it always insisted to send u a link to start chat. I started the chat again, this time the agent needs to remove a equipment from my equipment that I already returned, he text me a link so that I can approve it, the link did not work, he text or emailed 5 more links, all of the link ended on an error page saying If the issue persists, please call 470-903-4674 for assistance placing your order. agent suggested me call that number, it is a busy signal. ...... I have been with Xfinity for 10 years, just saw their web site get worse and worse, and the customer service get more and more horrible. How can they afford such horrible custoemr service without losing customers..... I am done with them and go AT&T

Comcast is a TERRIBLE company

Comcast is a TERRIBLE company. I'm stuck with them unless i go to Starlink. Inappropriately withdrew $ from my bank account, they acknowledged the mistake, said i would be reimbursed and have had to call multiple times and STILL no reimbursement. Jordan was great on the line and Kenya but THEIR supervisors are not following through. Cannot believe I have to spend hours on the phone to try to get it resolved. It makes me wonder if they are being incentivized to NOT resolve issues - I think someone should look into the business practices of Comcast and find out if there is fraud occurring or whatever the crime would be called - by the company.

I would give negative stars If I could

I would give negative stars If I could. I have been asking for help regarding my bill since September 2024. I paid my bill in August of which $29.95 was due. For service from August 12 2024 to September 13 2024. My service magically switched from 29.95 per month to 100.00 dollars a month in August I was not notified that this had happened until I received my September 2024 bill which now I owe 172.92. I have been dealing with this same issue since September 2024 and EVERY MONTH since then up until January 23 2025!!!! I am tired and extremely exhausted & frustrated. My service has been disconnected twice this month January 2025. And it is not suppose to be.

The main reason I am here is to maybe establish a class action lawsuit. Doing business with this company causes emotional damage and trauma and many of us have no other options available so they feel in my opinion that they can treat you however they want. And it is true, however, there is a cost of doing business anyway that you wish...We as customers or consumers should file a class action lawsuit. The reviews that I have been reading proves that this company causes emotional distress.

Comcast’s Cancellation Scam: A Never-Ending Nightmare

Comcast is an unscrupulous company with zero corporate conscience. Like thousands of other customers, I called to cancel my service, only to continue getting charged despite my request. Instead of a straightforward cancellation, I’m being forced to jump through unnecessary hoops just to stop the billing and get my money back. Something tells me this won’t be my last phone call to them.

It’s frustrating that American consumers have so little recourse against companies that engage in these deceptive business practices. Comcast’s cancellation process feels intentionally designed to delay and discourage customers from leaving. If you’re considering their services, be warned—getting out is far harder than getting in.

Comcast as cheaters and liars

Comcast as cheaters and liars

I called Comcast business customer support as they raised my fee again.

J. Parker from Comcast started to pressure me to buy more Comast products. When I refused and asked to be transferred to another department for another issue, he just kept me on hold without transfer.

After wasting some time, I hanged up and called Comcast business customer support again, and was told that what J. Parker told me was totally wrong: no wonder he didn't transfer me to another department.

You just cannot trust Comcast and its reps.

My case # is CR181569959

false advertising

false advertising. the deal-trade in my iPhone 12 for an iPhone 15. get an $800 rebate over 24 months. I have not received any discount at all on my bill. I called or chatted with an agent 8 times. they told me I got an iPhone 15 and returned it and then got another iPhone 15 I have no idea what they're talking about but they refuse to pay the $800 that was advertised in the promotion. one agent offered me $20 dollars. hahaha I said I wanted my $800. they sent me a $20 discount on my bill. the promotion is a scam I am reporting to better business bureau. I just get the runaround from xfinity and can see there's no way they are going to pay me. scammers

If I could rate it a 0 I would

If I could rate it a 0 I would. The worst customer support I have ever experienced. They took my money after I cancelled and after two months I am still fighting to get my money back. I owed 8 dollars for the month took out the whole 135 dollars and I have been trying to get the rest ever since. You can't talk to anyone and you get passed around to people that have no idea what they are doing. I will never go back to xfintiy ever again. The absolute worst.

DO NOT USE COMCAST

DO NOT USE COMCAST! I am in the Seekonk, MA area! Service is incredibly bad! Super slow! Customer service is non existent! Just cancelled the service and am charged $ 210 "Cancellation fee" on top of the bill that's for another month (even though I am cancelling at the beginning of the billing cycle). CALL VERIZON (HALF THE MONTHLY COST FOR BOTH PHONE & INTERNET - ridiculous pricing by Comcast!) AND SAVE YOURSELVES MANY HEADACHES

xfinity lies to customers and upgrades your services without your consent.

xfinity upgraded my services without my consent or authorization changing my monthly bill from $30 per month to over $183. It's been 3 months and I have spent over 30 hours on the phone with xfinitys customer service, billing, and escalation departments and I have gotten nowhere. There are thousands of complaints online from xfinitys customers complaining about this same issue. According to the FCC this is fraud and illegal. xfinity does not care and will not change my bill. They have lied multiple times by stating that I filled out forms to upgrade my service but refuse to send me the document they claimed I signed (probably because they know I did NOT sign anything). They also lied and stated that the overages were due to the extra equipment that was left at my home. I had asked that their service man take the equipment with him but he told me to keep it, then I had to wal 3 miles in frigid temperatures to take that equipment back only to be treated rudely by the person workind the counter at xfinity. HORRIBLE service. Find a better internet provider or you will regret your decision. It's been 3 months and I've been calling and calling and calling with no resolution. Xfinity will continue to raise your cost even if you have a signed contract for 12 months. I have been waiting for the escalation team to resolve this but so far, not one person has called to fix mistakes made by their employees.

Xfinity is a horrible company. They are some greedy pigs and the service is down multiple times a week. They are going to constantly raise your bill, support socks and, the service is less than fair at best. I would not recommend to anyone.

Questionable Business Practices

My husband passed away in a house fire on November 26th. Since the beginning of December, I have been trying to transfer the account to my name and would not let me doing anything but pay the bill. I was able to transfer the service to my temporary housing and my 1st bill (via email) was $102. When I went to pay, it was $168, no explanation because I didn't have a death certificate. My 2nd bill was $240 but I did have a death certificate. I was given the premium pkg without knowing it. If I go down to less than half of that service, my bill would only go down $6. Again, no explanation, just that's how it is. I called the 800 customer service number, but was thrown into an infinite loop of press # to go to customer service.

Finally canceled my TV service after 27…

Finally canceled my TV service after 27 years. The final incident was my bill went from $280, which was a lot already, to over $300. I kept my internet but they insisted that it is $99 for 500 Mbps and $30 more for unlimited. I couldn't get them to lower it at all. I feel that this is way too much money internet. Comcast is garbage. I wish there was another alternative. But for me I could use even faster speeds because we are a very heavy internet usage household. So I really can't find another provider that offers the speeds and reliability I need.

Early Termination Fee After 8 Years

For approximately 8 years, I received good customer service from Xfinity (Comcast). However last year, my spouse and I sold our home and moved temporarily into an apartment until our new home was constructed. When I contacted Xfinity to cancel our Internet service, I was informed that our service could be transferred, once it was determined that Xfinity served the apartment complex. Once our house was completed (~ 5 months later), I contacted Xfinity to see if our Internet service could be transferred to the new house. It is a new development and Xfinity did not serve it. Therefore, I had to cancel service and sign up with another provider (AT&T Fiber). Although we had been an Xfinity customer for at least 8 yrs, we were charged an early termination fee. Calls to customer service (off-shore/South Asia) was futile. I have spoke with them three times. Each time I’m told we will be refunded. Three months later, we have not been refunded

Comcast is a terrible company

Comcast is a terrible company. Their customer service sucks. Its nearly impossible to find a number where you can actually speak to a person and when you finally do they waste your time further by insisting you use their automated system. Their prices are astoundingly absurd. My monthly charges were 59.99 and all of a sudden, they actually doubled. These crazy fools believed I would simply pay them $108.00month for internet only. I obtained a better internet with TMobile for $55.00 month. I encourage everyone who is a comcast customer to rise up, stand together and refuse to pay their outrageous charges. Go to Tmobile or Verizon for your internet. Let Comast fizzle and burn.

Comcast email NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Comcast email NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Important emails from my insurance company, [like our home insurance cancellation notice] and sometimes my bank notices, simply NEVER arrive. They also don't go to spam, nor the trash box, they simply are NOT delivered to my inbox anywhere, even though from the sender's side it shows as 'email delivered'. BAD, VERY BAD. I am having to move everything important to another email provider after having comcast email for years, and no, there is plenty of GB space for me to be receiving emails; some emails to my comcast box are simply never delivered, randomly. Simply put, it is now a crapshoot whether or not you are actually receiving all your emails if relying on comcast. SICK!!!

Incredibly hard to get a person on the phone, usually takes 10 minutes talking to a machine. Price gauging and incredibly awful follow up. Kinda feel like Comcast is my baby daddy, who doesn't want to be in its life yet collects child support every month. Just stay away, see the red flags and run!
