So far so good! I’ve ordered two tickets for moulin rouge‘s dinner & show end of april, which was done efficiently and in no time. Let‘s see if they‘ve done their job well and we‘ll have good seats!

It was easy to book but I never got my tickets. for Mont St. Michele Abbey.

Me and my boyfriend bought the tickets to do the boat cruise on the Seine for Valentine's Day, and to our surprise, we couldn't embark with our pre-bought tickets. Apparently, the site Come to Paris created new departure times for the boats that don't actually exist, and all of the real ones were full. The worker at the Vedettes du Point Neuf (original boat company) was very professional, but the Come to Paris website made our special day a big disappointment. We expect a reimbursement of our tickets.

This company sold a New Year’s Eve dinner cruise at a premium price after explicitly confirming in writing that passengers would be able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the boat. That was the entire reason I booked.

That promise was not delivered. There were no fireworks visible from the cruise, making the experience fundamentally different from what was advertised and sold.

I travelled from Australia specifically to spend New Year’s Eve in Paris and paid €707 (€658 for the cruise plus €49 for a window table) based on these assurances. Charging a New Year’s Eve premium for an experience that does not include its main advertised feature is, quite frankly, misleading.

When I complained, the company admitted the experience “did not meet what was promised” yet attempted to resolve the issue with a 20% refund, which is laughable given that the core service was not provided. This response shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers.

I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and reasonably, including offering to pay the standard price for the dinner only. Instead, I was met with delays and an inadequate offer, forcing me to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and my bank.

Do not be misled by the marketing. If you are booking a special occasion or paying a premium based on specific promises, be aware that those promises may not be honoured — and the company may refuse to take responsibility afterward.

I strongly advise avoiding Come to Paris, especially for New Year’s Eve or any “once-in-a-lifetime” experience.

They con you to book an excursion or event with false information.

We booked an event for NYE which cost us £750 with the premise of a vegetarian meal. On arrival, no vegetarian meal was available and we had to pay another £700 to the venue for meals on their normal menu. The venue told us Come to Paris had used the menu from 2024 and the same menu wasn’t available in 2025.

Come to Paris have offered no refund, no apology and little communication. Overall, it has cost us £1500 for 5 salads. What should have been a celebration, turned out to be a nightmare.

Avoid at all costs.

We booked 4 tickets for Palais Garnier, the Paris opera house. They finally arrived by email 2 hours before our time slot. These tickets were rejected at the opera house. They said ‘Come to Paris’ are selling tickets for time slots that don’t exist. I asked Come to Paris to refund my money and after a few email exchanges they did do this.

I booked joint tickets for a Seine cruise and a trip to Versailles for myself, my cousin and his family. When my Seine cruise tickets arrived it was only for one person (myself). That may have been my fault (hard to tell) but what impressed me was the speedy, courteous and helpful way they fixed the issue. I think I saved also by being able to book both at the same time.

We visited Chateaux Pierrefonds and it was truly stunning! We were there early so had the place to ourselves for about the first hour which made it all the more special! Parking, booking online tickets and getting there was all very easy and convenient.

Very helpful staff. They answer your questions in a prompt and informative. I liked most that the they do their best to fulfill my requests! Also, liked the safety in transactions. Keep up good work.

I had a very disappointing experience with Come To Paris. I booked a boat dinner through their platform, and the reservation clearly mentioned a specific boarding location. I arrived well on time at the indicated place, but it turned out not to be where the boat actually boarded. As a result, I missed the cruise entirely.

Despite promptly contacting their support team and providing proof that I was at the correct location at the correct time, no refund or compensation was offered. The lack of clear boarding instructions and the poor handling of the situation left me deeply dissatisfied.

It was a frustrating and unfortunate experience — especially when you’re looking forward to enjoying a special evening in Paris. I do not recommend booking with Come To Paris unless they seriously improve their communication and customer service.

This is basically a scam, clever scam but a scam nevertheless We booked a trip at a specific date and time for Les Canard de Paris (their oficial web page was fully booked for the week) and when we arrived for the tour we were told that we had merely bought a voucher for a “future” reservation (if ever available in the official web page)

I found the site easy to navigate. It had the information I required about a performance I was interested in and links to book tickets. iWork’s use the site again

We bought tickets to Musee Dorsay. There were big lineups but in the ticket holder lineup we got in within 20 minutes.
We got there at 10 am but the earliest entry times on the official site were 12;30, and by then the lines were huge.
Definitely recommend!

good price at €90 each including half bottle chanpagne. Food wasn’t bad and staff were friendly. no doubts it’s a bit commercial and conveyer belt style but for that price what do you expect. would recommend!

I bought a ticket to visit Roland Garros. The process is very easy and quick

I bought a ticket to Fontainebleau in June 2025, but when I found out admission to the castle wasn't available on the day I had planned, Dylan handled my refund request politely and efficiently. I would even recommed buying the tickets via Cometoparis more than on the Fontainebleau official site; not only are they the same price, but they are more flexible by date and also refundable in the clase of closures.

It was a great experienced, relaxing and staff are helpful and approachable. Easy access to the tourist areas.

The cruise ship didn't depart from where it said it would on the ticket. So yeah, i walked 4 km and never even got to go on the cruise. I contacted the company and they're giving me the run around.
