Worst experience with Comfomatic

Worst experience with Comfomatic. Three invoices are still unpaid and are now 7 days overdue. Repeated follow-ups have not resulted in payment or a proper explanation. Delayed payments create serious problems for businesses and freelancers. I expect Comfomatic to honor its commitments and clear all outstanding invoices without further delay.

Iam very happy with the service I…

Iam very happy with the service I received, both gentlemen very polite helpful and respectful.They everything in time and explained what they where doing and gave the demonstration of the bed. I was very happy with the service of the bed.

Pressure sales and even took nearly…

PLEASE CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS 1st to see and hear the true nature of this company also check out glass door to see what all the vast amount of previous sales and office staff have to say about Mike and Ged !!! Pressure sales up to 4hrs in your home !! Taking huge cash deposits is common also no cancellation paperwork proved at point of sale (illegal by the way law states clearly this must be provided in written form) and yes they took nearly £3000 cash from a vulnerable person for a bespoke special bed made to order which arrived next day!! Nothing bespoke about it at all !! and looking on here looks like this is not the 1st time they have done this.. The building my father lives in has a strict no cold calling policy and as it is noted NO sales agreement or contract unless they can show proof of a requested appointment will be upheld. And to take nearly £3000 in cash from an 80 year old man is theft. See the response what a joke this matter has been passed to the appropriate authorities and bespoke bed made and delivered in less than 24hrs you have received the appropriate authority to deal with myself and have not sent over any proof or evidence of an appointment with anyone so people reading this make up your own mind nothing I have stated in this review is incorrect or false oh and my father has passed so I will be coming for the refund of the £2850 you stole see you soon

Comfomatic has carried out a full investigation into the matters raised, including the appointment history, sales and finance documentation, payment record, delivery details and recorded calls.

That investigation did not support the allegations of pressure selling, an unauthorised visit, inappropriate cash handling at the point of sale, the sale of a bespoke product, or that Comfomatic had been made aware of any Lasting Power of Attorney arrangement at the time of sale.

As we do not hold consent or verified legal authority to discuss the customer’s account with you publicly, we have responded directly to the customer with the outcome of our investigation.

We are sorry you remain dissatisfied, but we are unable to discuss the customer’s personal account details further in this forum.

Bought the bed and initially found kind…

Bought the bed and initially found kind of average comfort. Had made several complaints to no avail. Mike came and suggested a couple things to try and feel more comfortable. Again no progress, periodic complaints continued till they said the warranty had expired. They offered a special price of £2000 to replace the mattresses. Service plan is not worth the money . I had to phone every year regarding annual service, never on time. Not the best experience you have. I asked for my money back for the breakdown in services - no chance!

As with all adjustable sleep systems, comfort can sometimes require adjustment periods and fine tuning, which is why further advice and recommendations were provided during our visits and communications with you.

We are sorry that you remain unhappy with your experience. However, we do feel it is important to note that support was provided over an extended period, including visits, advice, and a heavily reduced replacement mattress offer made outside of standard warranty terms in an effort to help resolve matters for you.

Regarding the service plan, we regret if you felt appointments were not arranged as expected and appreciate your feedback on this point.

My brother (vulnerable adult) endured 4…

My brother (vulnerable adult) endured 4 hours of high pressured sales from Polish sales rep. And seemed to struggle understanding English especially 'NO'. He signed an agreement after being told that the bed would be specially made for his needs. Then it was "your bed will be delivered at 8am tomorrow". How's that specially made in less than 24 hrs? I emailed an cancelled the order and said he would be refusing delivery. They hounded him with over 40 missed calls.
