Terrible company
Terrible company. They scheduled yearly maintenance check and guess what: the day before appointment we were called because of the absent person who was supposed to come and do the check. At least they informed us the day before. We rescheduled. When the time came, no one showed up, they were supposed to come between 12:00-17:00. At 16:50 we called comfort partners after waiting on a line for 20 minutes they said that they will come. No one showed up, and comfort partners line was closed at 18:00 so we could not call anyone. Basically waited at home for no reason. We called the next they about this and initially they could not find our previous appointment. They rescheduled it, again no one showed up. It is a joke. They absolutely do not care about your time or that you do not have flexibility to work from to wait for them the whole day. Do not waste your time and save your nerves and AVOID THIS COMPANY.
