If I could give them a zero I would…

If I could give them a zero I would please read this review and be careful.
So I went to comfort zone to have me eyelids done before I went I was asked to fill in sone MEDICAL QUESTIONS pay a £700 deposit and book my own flights which I did.
I landed at the airport n was taken straight to the hospital at around 2am as soon as I got there I was told to put on a gown n I had some checks and X-ray and had a drip put it after thst I was told to get done rest literally a few hours later I was woken up at 6 am
More questions n a very aggressive man came in to take room with a money counting machine to take the rest of my money.
Next the surgeon came in dr artif when he read my notes he said he wasn’t doing my surgery due to have a health issue 15 years ago which I discussed with them before I came.
they told me this was fine n it would not affect anything.
Now I was there in the hospital on my own nobody hardly speaks English they communicate via translate txt on there mobile phone and thy had taken my money.
When thy said thy was not doing my surgery I asked fr my money bk but thy said no
Thh wouldn’t give it yo me.
You made me to sit down stairs and book a flight to go home as I could only stay at the hotel from one night.
I was so scared and frustrated I booked a flight went to the hotel and sat in my room till the next morning
I genuinely believe thy just brought me there to take my money knowing thy wasn’t going to do the procedure I was up front and told them everything from the start. They scammed me and ripped me off fr a lot of money.
So please please please be so careful
These people are not what thy seem on social media horrible nasty aggressive thieves

AVOID COMFORTZONE

I am WARNING EVERYONE TO AVOID COMFORTZONE. I breast augmentation, uplift, and nipple reduction procedure on 4th July 2024, under the care of Dr. Ali, facilitated through your clinic. I have attempted to address these concerns on multiple occasions over the last six months but was advised to wait until the recovery period was complete before further action could be taken.

Background

When booking my surgery, I was initially given the choice of two surgeons, Dr. Atif and Dr. Ali, and I chose Dr. Atif based on his body of work. After paying my deposit and arranging flights, I was informed by Victoria that Dr. Atif was no longer available, and I would have to proceed with Dr. Ali. Due to family and work commitments, rescheduling was not an option, and I felt I had no choice but to continue.

Consultation with Dr. Ali

During my consultation with Dr. Ali, I made it clear that I wanted 450cc implants. However, I was told this size would not fit, and 200cc was recommended instead. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he reluctantly agreed to 340cc as the maximum size he was willing to implant. Feeling pressured and without alternative options, I agreed to proceed.

Results and Concerns

After six months of recovery, I am increasingly dissatisfied with the results of the procedure:
1. Shape and Symmetry: The implants are disproportionately small for my breasts, leaving the lower portion of my breast without volume and the implants positioned mostly at the top. This creates an unnatural and uneven appearance.
2. No Cleavage: The outcome lacks the round shape and cleavage I had requested.
3. Professional Opinions: Surgeons I have consulted in the UK have confirmed that 450cc implantswould have fit my breasts and achieved the desired results.

Misrepresentation and Pressure
• Surgeon Change: I was not informed about the unavailability of Dr. Atif until after paying my deposit and arranging travel, which left me feeling misled.
• Limited Options: I felt pressured during the consultation with Dr. Ali and unable to advocate for my desired outcome due to his reluctance to use the requested implant size.

On December 5th, 2024, I was instructed to contact Christina for confirmation of my revision surgery. I provided all the necessary details and initially received a response stating that she would follow up on December 12th. However, despite months of waiting and multiple attempts to follow up, I still have not heard back from her as of March 24th, 2025.

Out of desperation, I contacted Victoria, whom I had originally dealt with when booking my initial surgery in July 2024. It was only through her that my revision surgery was finally confirmed. However, I was then told I had to pay £1,500 in hospital fees, even though I am aware that hospital fees at Comfortzone are £700. Additionally, I was charged £900 for a larger implant—a request I had initially made at the clinic but was refused by Dr. Ali at the time of my first surgery.

I find it completely unacceptable that I am being asked to pay £2,400 again, the same amount I originally paid for my first breast surgery. Given the circumstances, I refuse to pay this amount.

This company has proven to be entirely unprofessional, taking money upfront, performing unsatisfactory procedures, and then ignoring patients for months when issues arise. To make matters worse, I have now been blocked by both the Comfortzone Instagram page and Victoria on WhatsApp, which only further proves the company’s lack of accountability.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including reporting the issue to relevant consumer protection agencies

Respond to this message if you want screen shots of the way I have been treated plus to terrible job they have done :)

Sad Review of Comfort Zone Clinic

Review of Comfort Zone Clinic

From start to finish, my experience with Comfort Zone was deeply disappointing. Traveling alone for two major surgeries was already a daunting prospect, and the clinic did little to ease my concerns. Before my arrival, I experienced poor communication with the driver assigned to pick me up. I felt incredibly anxious when he refused to provide the address of the villa I’d be staying at, despite my delayed flight and the potential of missing the transfer. I had to demand the details via text message before they were finally sent to me.

Upon arrival, I was placed in a basement room at the villa, which felt cheap, unfinished, and poorly maintained. The damp smell from the bathroom was overwhelming, and it’s unfortunate that I was somewhat thankful my sense of smell was impaired after surgery. To make matters worse, the area outside my room seemed to be a meeting point for the villa staff, who gathered there to smoke and talk loudly, regardless of the time of day or night. This lack of consideration made it nearly impossible to get the rest I desperately needed as a hospital patient recovering from surgery.

Before the surgery, I was informed by the surgeon that I now needed a breast uplift in addition to new implants. While I accepted this without issue, I was shocked by the complete lack of explanation regarding the procedure itself—no details were given about how I would be cut or what to expect post-surgery. Minutes later, a woman entered my room with a card machine, demanding an additional €500. Being alone and feeling cornered in this situation only heightened my anxiety.

Waking up from surgery was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Women who had undergone only one procedure and were accompanied by partners expressed disbelief at how I managed alone. My first night was extremely difficult—teary, painful, and distressing. It felt as though the hospital staff didn’t take my pain seriously, and I struggled to receive any genuine help. When I did manage to get assistance, it was handled poorly. One staff member tried to pull me up by my arm, despite my fresh stitches running beneath my breasts, up to my nipples, and around.

The following day, I was sent back to my basement room, where aftercare was minimal at best. The food provided was basic, but I had no choice but to make do. Eventually, my partner flew all the way from Bali to Turkey to help me, as the clinic’s support was severely lacking. I noticed that another woman, who had undergone the same procedures as me but was a social media influencer with a significant following, seemed to receive far better care. This disparity was very obvious and upsetting.

When I left, I chose not to confront the clinic about my experience because I was eager to return home and focus on my recovery. Unfortunately, my post-operative results have been another source of disappointment. The scarring beneath my breasts is highly uneven—one scar is much lower and longer than the other, extending below my bra line and making it difficult to hide in gym wear or swimwear. One scar measures about 5 cm, while the other is approximately 10 cm.

Additionally, the main reason for my rhinoplasty—the bump on my nose—remains unchanged. I have sent multiple messages to the clinic requesting my before-and-after photos and asking for an explanation regarding the uneven scarring and any potential complications during surgery. To date, I have received no response. This silence is not only unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful.

If you are considering Comfort Zone Clinic, especially if you plan to go alone, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are many other clinics with better reputations and more consistent care. I chose this clinic because a friend of mine had a good experience—but as an influencer with a large following, she clearly received preferential treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the same, and I hope my review helps others avoid a similarly distressing situation.

I originally attended comfort zone in…

I originally attended comfort zone in may 2020 for boob enlargement, lip and bbl! On arrival the villa was so busy I was taken to another place to stay as they over booked me. The surgery was good, I recovered and off home I went. 2022 I started with severe pains and lumps in my right boob, I put this off and off, I finally went the doctors! Within 2 days they had a MRI and ultrasound! Absolutely notified results, my implant had ruptured so severely the NHS wanted to remove the implant with immediate effect. Not only had it ruptured it was in my blood stream. I contacted comfortzone who replied saying they needed to see evidence, happily I sent them my report findings which stated all this. I messaged the surgeon who originally did my work, after 7 days off back and forth communication he told me he’d left comfortzone and I could book with him privately. Again, the urgency of removal was getting longer and longer awaiting a response and I was getting more and more pains. Comfortzone then stated, they could not find my records to state that I had been and had my surgery there, I sent evidence of emails, flight details and my fit to fly certificate I received at the time. Even the surgeon still had my pictures on his insta page. Comfort zone got back to me and stated I needed to pay £750 for the implants (which shouldn’t of happened) and another £700 for the costing to the hospital. I booked a flight the same day and went! As soon as I arrived the villas had all shut, only one open, went straight upstairs demanded to pay £1450 cash. The reason they stated I needed to pay for my implants was because they was no record of me. But I was desperate for removal. Surgery came, I spent 6 hours in theatre from the surgeon trying to remove my ruptured implant, saying that it was so bad he was going to stop at one point and leave the excess of implant inside me. On removal of my other implant, even that had ruptured and started to leak inside me. He replaced them with smaller implants against my choice, I woke up to wonky implants, soon as I seen these I explained my concerns to him, he stated I’m lucky I have boobs because of the damage the others caused me. He said it would settle down and reshape. Only 5 months later, surprise surprise, my implant right has ruptured once again! I’ve messaged comfort zone who ignored me and finally messaged back with, no details and send evidence.

This company is absolutely shocking! I’ve not had 3 breast enlargements all
Of them ruptured and they expect me to return for a 4th and pay once again. I should never ever of paid this last time.

I’ve sent a report to the Turkish health embassy to file a complaint, have this company closed down. I want a refund for the costing of my 3rd boobs as I now need to find somewhere else to fix what damage they have done. Never ever again.

Appalling service

Appalling service, I had my surgery via serene with Dr.Ali and completely dissatisfied with my results, they FORGED my signature on documents that I DID NOT sign, they couldn’t tell my what size implant I had in for days, told me two different sizes. I got an infection from dressing that they claimed was mistakenly placed on me.
The villa staff were rude and incompetent the manager money grabbing and CEO of serene has had so much surgery herself yet stays in different accommodation as do the Paid influencers who promote! Declined a revision and begged me to not leave negative reviews, the only time they tried to communicate with me was about reviews or money!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Would give 0 stars if I could AVOID

Unfortunately I’ve been left no choice but to submit my review (which I was going to do anyway). After giving comfort zone the chance to atleast EXPLAIN themselves. However, I have been waiting over a month for a reply, and still nothing.
I originally had surgery which was booked through serene cosmetics but done with comfort zone last year November 2023. They hassle you to leave a good review before you’ve even had time to heal and see final results. At first I was happy, I was new to surgery and the results looked good to start with but after sending my 1 month post op photos off it was then that I realised how much my boobs had started to drop and they were not sitting where they should be. One also droops lower than the other and I think has potentially come out of pocket. To clarify for my first surgery I had breast implants and was told by Lois at serene cosmetics and the surgeon Dr Ali on the day of my surgery that I did not require an uplift which I knew anyway.
Fast forward 6 months, I asked to be put in for revision surgery due to not being happy with my results, which was then accepted.
I flew out to Istanbul on November 20th and surgery was due to be carried out on the 21st.
I was contacted by comfort zone a week prior to arriving and was told how much cash I needed to bring for my revision surgery, which I did.
Upon arrival I was taken straight upstairs to the managers office to pay for my revision, this is where all the issues started. I was told there had been an error with the invoice and I was only invoiced for the hospital stay and not for the new implants. Therefore, the amount I had been told to bring was incorrect. I was willing to swallow this and pay the extra £700 for new implants even though this was an error on behalf of serene cosmetics and comfort zone.
I was then told by the manager that she thought I needed an uplift now however, this comes at an extra cost of £2000 (ontop of the £1200 for the hospital stay and implants).
How is it possible that a revision surgery costs more than the original surgery? The only reason I now need an uplift is because of their unsatisfactory work less than a year beforehand. I obviously refused this.
She called the owner (Engin) whilst I was sat in the office and she spoke Turkish the whole time so I didn’t know what was being said but she passed the phone to me for him to speak to me. All I can say is that he is extremely jumped up and very passive aggressive in the way he speaks to his patients.
To cut a long story short I was basically told I either had to pay £1,200 for just new implant replacement which was never going to revise my surgery and put it right because my boobs have dropped so low that I definitely needed a lift OR I was expected to pay £3,200 if I wanted the uplift, which is more than what I paid for my first surgery, baring in mind this is for a revision which is to CORRECT their work. Make it make sense?
After they tried to slap me with all these hidden costs and a bad attitude towards it, I decided that I didn’t feel comfortable going ahead with the surgery. They had already messed my boobs up once so the thought of having to pay £3,200 just to make the corrections needed and the potential risk I would still be unhappy I decided it was not worth it and instead I would rather look into a different surgeon at another time, someone who is extremely experienced.
I went back to my room and I booked a flight for the next day 21st November which meant I was in Istanbul for less than 24 hours.
I was also refused to use the driver service and had to pay for my own taxi to take me to the airport, their reasoning being that the drivers were there for patients only. So this was like their final F you - LAUGHABLE and so unprofessional considering the reason for all this madness was not down to me.
This company are nothing but money grabbing scammers and are obviously trying to make a bit of extra money off of people. I kept in contact with the girls from my original surgery and not one of them are happy with their results and are having to pay to go elsewhere like myself.
You do not get the experience that these ‘influencers’ promote so don’t be fooled. You do not get to look at implant sizes, get extra nights in hospital and delicious food bought to your room. It’s literally one in one out and you are nothing but a number. The consultation with the surgeon is also about 2 minutes long minutes before you get taken down for surgery.
I’m so angry I flew all the way out for less than 24 hours for absolutely nothing, however I am relieved I stayed true to myself and didn’t let this back street company touch my body again. I will be taking the time to research REPUTABLE surgeons to undergo my surgery again hopefully next year.
The influencers are getting their surgery for FREE and also getting paid to promote - remember this.
AVOID

Fantastic!

Fantastic, I came here for a penis extension 6 months ago, I was in surgery for around 8 hours and when I woke up they told me they had some bad news, there had been a mix up and by mistake they had glued on a horses todjer and could not apologise enough, however this is great!! I do now struggle with undies to fit but mostly I just walk around waving it about as its so huuuge now, I couldnt find my old one in the cold, and now I can use my new one to warm BOTH my hands. What a great company and I would recommend anyone in the SPC (small penis club) goes here, your hands will never be cold again.

Wouldn’t go again here.

I went in August this year for a BBL round two arm and thigh, Lipo chin, Lipo, buccal fat removal and blepharoplasty. I could tell I was getting an infection on postop day too, but the nurse wouldn’t let me see the doctor until the day before I was supposed to fly back to Canada. By that day, the infection was so bad I was hospitalized in Turkey and put on IV antibiotics. I was so very sick. The infection was in my leg, not at any entry point so I suspect it was from an unclean drain. While the care of some nurses were very kind, and the doctor wasn’t terrible, I do feel that he rushed through my procedure because there was several other girls before me and I was the last one of the day. I came back to Canada and was hospitalized here as well, and I had a wound in my leg for almost 2 months postop. It was very frustrating that I still don’t know to this day what infection I had in my leg and there was a lot of information that was withheld. I don’t feel like my questions were answered about my health when I was in the hospital and sick. Regardless of all that, if my results have been great, I wouldn’t have been so disappointed, I guess, but he had placed the fat high on my buttocks when all I had asked, was for the fat transferred to be placed in my hip dips. It made them look worse than before. And after having Lipo done in Columbia they were so meticulous about getting all the fat and I still have rolls on my back and hips from areas that apparently were Lipoed in Turkey. My eyes look pretty good and the buccal fat removal, although not very noticeable was good.

They responded to my review claiming they did not book me in. I have evidence of my flight tickets sent to Omer! Please do not tailor the response to make yourself seem adequate. You called me 15 hours before my surgery to say my bmi was high yet sent you all flight details 2 months prior. You don’t have experience surgeons. I had my surgery thankfully with the same BMI by an experienced team and not models that you probably recruit to show your “work off”. Avoid like a plague

This is my second time visiting..Revision

This is my second time visiting Comfortzone, the 1st time I couldn't fault them and this time I still cannot fault them, infact this time they were even better.
My 1st visit was September 2022, I had a Mommy makeover and my results were amazing, although my breasts were not quite as I'd hoped. I waited 2 years to see if they would improve and they didn't, on a whim I emailed the company with pictures, within 24 hrs, Christina had replied and I was booked on a flight for October 2024.
Christina was an absolute angel and answered all my questions promptly and professional.
As usual I was picked up by transfer at the IST airport, where I was taken to the Villa, I settled in, had a fabulous sleep in a clean, spotless comfy room.

On arrival at the hospital I met with Dr Atif and he explained the issues with my breasts, what he would try and achive for me, and new implants. He was thorough and kind and put me at ease. I woke up to the wonderful nurses, who are kind and considerate, nothing is to much, the food is fine but the coffee is outstanding☕️❤️
The nurses were there to top up painkillers and help in anyway. After 1 night I was back at the villa with a great bunch of ladies, the housekeepers are stars and make a mean omelette and are there to help you with anything. The nurse visits all through the day doing blood pressure and temps etc.
Meds are given for the Villa and for your return home.
On day 5 it was back to the hospital for a once over and fit to fly certificate .
Then transport was arranged for me and some others to go to the hairdressers and then out for some lunch.

The day I flew home, I was given a blood thinner injection, wounds redressed, and told to message anytime I need too. Which I've done twice and each time I'm greeted witha cheery reply and instructions.

I cant thank Dr Atif and the team at the hospital and the Villa staff for everything they have done for me, and Christina for getting me the revision I needed. I already love my breasts and I'm excited for the next 6 months to see them settle
Thank you❤️

Worst nightmare ever…

I had the worst nightmare with this company. They left me botched and do not take any responsibility. The consultation with the surgeon was very short, he was rushing. They are only after money. The villa staff were rude and no hygiene. And after I left no aftercare. They DO NOT even reply to messages. In the end I had my implants removed in the UK due to infection and wasted my money and my health!!!

Literally the best experience with this company, from start to finish I genuinely cannot fault them. I had a rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal and I'm genuinely blown away by the whole process and every meticulous detail they cover. From the quality of the hospital and recovery villas, to the food, the transfers, the lovely staff and most importantly the results I genuinely haven't a single fault.
