I’ve got so much amazing things to say about this company. They are absolutely amazing from the start to finish!!!! And still message me months after I’ve had my surgery to see how I am !!!!! The nurses are amazing. The doctors are amazing. The staff are amazing. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Make sure you’ve always got food transfers are amazing literally everything is amazing I would definitely recommend any surgery procedures or any dental procedures with comfort zone or comfort DENT if I’m honest with you these are better than any other country’s that I’ve ever spoken to about any surgeries xxxxxxxxxx

Stay away from them this is the worst clinic deformed my body and left huge scars that will be for life they don't care about you they mislead people with their pictures on and instagram

I have just returned home after having a breast reduction with Comfort Zone/ Dr Ali and usually I am not one to write a review, but this company deserves to be praised. The level of service is beyond expectation, with every single need being met without even having to ask, both inside the hospital and in the villa. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and make you feel so comfortable, especially with surgery being quite a daunting experience. My first time having surgery and it was the best decision to go with this company as the level of care is exceptional. The villas are super clean, cosy and the food is really nice too. It feels like a home away from home. I had Sasha as my supervisor whilst at the villa and he was so helpful and friendly and was available for any questions I needed answers to. Always checked in to make sure everything was going ok. I had Ibrahim taking my blood pressure after surgery, and he was so efficient and professional. Also very friendly and done an amazing job. Thank you to the company and all of the team/staff for an amazing and comfortable experience, I am extremely happy with my results, I could go on and on. Highly highly recommend.

Doctors, nurses, Comfortzone staff and drivers are all very attentive!!
Transfers to and from the airport were swift, they are always happy to assist with transport if should you want to visit shops/restaurants or hairdressers.
Food in the villa was nice, but not to everyone’s taste. Nice to meet people in the same position you’re in if you want to mingle in communal areas.
Hospital stay was fantastic, welcoming, reassuring and friendly team. food was difficult to eat due to surgery. Consultation with surgeon was very quick but seems to have achieved the desired look from the pictures (still recovering). Check up went well and Dr Atif was able to answer all my questions.
Communication could be better prior to arriving for surgery and sometimes throughout the stay, I understand most people I’ve spoken to feel the same. There is a language barrier most times but nothing Google translate can’t assist with. The house coordinators and nurses do their upmost to find solutions and assist where possible.

Horrible results. They took too much fat and didn’t inject it. Destroyed body. belly, back, butt.. big ugly scars. All good reviews are fake Im sure. Service horrible too

Do not waste your money or risk your physical or mental health with Comfort Zone. I had mini tummy tuck (Their Dr's suggestion), BBL and lipo in Jan 22. I had several friends who had had satisfactory results from them but TBH they all had young, in shape bodies to begin with that just needed tweaking. My experience is too long to share in full but long story short the results are bad and the aftercare has been shocking.
My BBL is lopsided. One hip is significantly lower and larger than the other. My tummy tuck has done nothing to flatten my stomach (I was not overweight but had a diastasis recti). My abdomen is now bulging from around and above naval as the correction has not been made too low but also sewn together crookedly. Also the lipo is very patchy and uneven. Ive been left with golf ball sized lumps of fat on my stomach and back and two years on I still have dappled, bruised looking skin down my sides.
Comfort Zone washed their hands of the complaint from day one, continually telling me to leave it another six months and eventually offering to redo the procedures if I paid again. Seriously?
£8,000 down the drain and a body that looks no better than before hand. I have since personally known four others who have returned and needed followup surgeries in UK to correct horrific mistakes and infections from their procedures at CZ.
STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Honest review. Now I'm 4 months post op I think it's time to write a honest review...
Had breast implant exchange uplift and bbl

Villa is nice, great food everyone friendly. Sometimes there is a language barrier. My room wasn't cleaned in the 6 days I was there, I did had to ask nurse to ask someone to change the bin on several occasions.

Communal area very clean and nice water every where for patients.

Surgery day - the initial consultation is only 5/10 minutes.
Hospital food is so small portions and barely editable but you can order food. I wasn't hungry after surgery.

I did need a blood transfusion, I wasn't told after if blood have improved or whether I need iron tablets. I haven't had any messages after surgery seeing how I am and how are the results. This needs improvement.

Surgery
Bbl - very happy with nice size for my frame. Thigh lipo ( I paid extra) no different what so ever... I not contacted the clinic as thought its pointless and I don't want to put my self through surgery again even if they did offer to do it again

Boobs - size great. But huge scarring. My last boob job was around 3cm scar this is goes all away around the boob and longer I never seen scars like this and don't understand the purpose of it.

So overhaul I had a decent experience but there any things I'm unhappy with.

Comfort zone butchery, avoid , scared for life after tummy tuck and breast lift . I needed emergency surgery, I was left with awful scars beyond repair.

Ended up with a piggy nose. All I wanted was a natural nose.. i think my doctor talked with me in 3 minutes, felt like he Had a rush or something. I really regret this, I have to go thrue a new nose job I look very bad.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due and comfort zone definitely deserves that props.

From the second I got to the Istanbul airport, I felt taken care of and comfortable.

My doctor was Dr. Riza who was very kind and very professional. I’m very particular but his experience and bed side manner made me feel confident in his abilities to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Everyone from the nursing staff to the nurses and staff at the villas and even the drivers were professional, kind, supportive and friendly; they truly made me feel at home and I’m grateful.

I had an amazing experience at comfortzone. Everyone was so friendly. From start to finish it was very well organised and well run. I felt really comfortable and at ease the whole time I was there. The nurses in the hospital were lovely and happy to help you- I’ve had surgery in another hospital in Turkey and not all the nurses were nice. The food is lovely, they will even plate you up fresh fruit if you want some. I would 100% recommend and won’t hesitate in coming back for more surgery in the future.

Botched, and left so disappointed with surgery results only 3 weeks after surgery. Contacted the reps who passed the email address for Christina (boss) and I have been ignored ever since.

They only seem to do the best for influencers and celebrities. I am convinced the surgeons are there to say hello but do not actually perform your surgery.

It’s like a meat factory and you’re just another number. I have been left with scars and £4k less with no results. Do not waste your money!

The worst experience of my life. You are treated like cattle shuffled into a mini van. Took down to surgery no one speaks to you as they put you to sleep. They are heavy handed also, the way the grab you to put cannula in, you are not human to them. After surgery you are woken up WITHOUT pain relief, I begged & begged for something to help with the pain as I felt like I had 2 kitchen knives stuck into my breasts! They women in the recovery room told me to be quiet & held me down by the wrists & ankles. Less that 24th after surgery they woke me at 4.30 in the morning to get a “lift” back to the villa. To which I replied I will pay for my own taxi as i am in no fit state to leave hospital yet! Dr Karim is fake & deceiving!! I don’t even believe he performed my surgery!!. I’ve ask many many times for my surgery records they make excuses every time. Not to mention my results were rubbish beyond comprehension. My breasts were 100% better before they touched them. They only care about giving influencers good results for instagram. Believe me these are not decent human beings working in this company!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! I have since had reconstructive surgery here in the uk were you are PROPERLY looked after. It’s took me 2 years to pluck up the courage to get my botched surgery fixed as I was utterly traumatised by comfortzone!!!

I needed to leave a review as before I went to Comfortzone I read everybody else's to make sure the reviews and the standard of care would be good enough.

I travelled to Istanbul alone ( and scared ) for a breast uplift , implant and from
the second i got there I was so impressed. The driver phoned me and met me
at the exit of the airport , I went to the Hotel ( the villa was under reno ) and then the next morning at 5am I was picked up for my surgery . The level of care and compassion from
staff in the hospital was like nothing i've ever known . The nurses where absolutely amazing ! the constant checks the pain management the chats ... what a credit to Comfortzone these nurses are .

I am one week post op and it is the best decision I have ever made . Please use this company !

Dr atif nilay - honestly cannot recommend comfort zone enough, from start to finish they have been amazing and treat each patient like they’re the only person that matters. The hospital staff are lovely and will go above and beyond including the hotel nursers, if I have any issues I can message them on whatsapp any time of day and they will come to my room within seconds. They exceeded my expectations and more, will definitely go back if I wanted anything else if the future

I had the most extraordinary experience with comfort zone on 19/01/2024. I was treated like royalty from the minute I got there to second I left. The care I received was incredible, the surgery was absolutely spot on and I have recovered very fast and healed very well. All involved in comfort zone was very pleasant and kind and could not do enough for you. I had boob uplift and reduction and the results are amazing I am so happy. The nurses taking care of you was very kind and always there to check in on you, nothing was to much trouble for them at all. The hotel staff was just as brilliant making your recovery so easy and replaxing. I would highly recommend this company and I will most definitely use them again if I needed anything.

I unfortunately cannot comprehend the positive reviews here. For me, it was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I would like to caution everyone against coming here just to save a few pounds. Ultimately, it turned out to be much more expensive for me than originally planned due to sloppy work (liposuction, BBL). I was sent home with unsightly dents that were not there before. Everyone is nice and friendly as long as everything goes well, but when there are problems, you are left stranded or blocked. This is something you should be aware of if you decide to come here: it's a gamble. If you're unlucky and not satisfied with the results, it becomes your problem. You have to pay the money even before you've spoken to a doctor. The 'consultation' is a quick chat just before the surgery; it's a mass production, and you need to be aware of that. Please, do your research beforehand. There are numerous websites warning against this organization. They tirelessly threaten the authors and force them to take the pages offline, but new ones keep popping up. For instance, just search 'botched by comfortzone' on Instagram, and you'll see how many former patients are warning against it. I wish someone had warned me before I came here and ended up disfigured. :(

Had implants/uplift in April. Left me with an unsymetrical crease which they blamed my body for, and they have now bottomed out and tgry are not interested. Stay away from this company. They do not care about results. Only the money. Their only focus is those with huge Instagram followers so they can promote the better work they do. 4k wasted as now need to go elsewhere to repair their shoddy work.
