Decent packaging
The instructions clearly state that the foam would be inside a fabric inner cover, however it arrived in a plastic bag. The plastic bag also had a hole which caused some of the foam to come out when received.

Great Product // Longer shipping than promised
Website FAQs say an order is expected to arrive in 6 business days max. I placed mine 10 business days (2 weeks) ago and it hasn’t even shipped? I understand that it’s the holiday season but at least be honest
* Edit: I was contacted via call by the company promptly after my review, they told me that the order must have been lost in the mail. The representative offered to reship the order with extra filling. Excited to improve this rating once the order arrives!
* Edit 2 : Really stoked about the bean bags, they're sweet! Filling was super messy and took some elbow grease to get in, could use some mechanism for using it a little easier IMO although I imagine most people are buying the prefilled bags. I used the extra filling sent to me in some of my other bean bags and am grateful they offered this as an apology for the wait! Took a lot longer in total than I expected due to shipping delays, but so worth it. There is no uncomfortable way to chill on that bag! This is one of the best companies to buy from as far as value for your money in a bean bag chair. Thank you!

A very nice sack with only a little inconvenience.
The order process was very straight forward and the price was good compared to other brands that I was able to find online for what I wanted. Be sure to save the confirmation order number when you purchase though as I did not see any confirmation email sent once the purchase was made. The item did ship very soon after I made the purchase so I was not concerned.
When I first received the shipment, I noticed that the outer cardboard box was damage, likely during shipping as the 6' sack was pretty heavy and did not have any handholds for the shipping personnel. However, the damage to the package was limited to the box as they ship the sack in a nice little zipper bag which not only compresses the sack but also protects it from damage. When I opened the zipper bag I was able to quickly get the sack to raise into form.
I did notice that the cover that I had ordered with the sack was not in the shipment, though it was listed on the packing slip. I sent an email to customer services and they responded very quickly and was able to get the cover shipped with very little hassle on my end. While I did have to wait about an additional 5 days, I received all items and the sack looks and feels great. My toddler loves to play on it and I look forward to being able to watch movies with her on it in the coming years.
Only docking one star as the cover did not arrive initially as intended, but great thanks to the customer services personnel for resolving the issue without any additional inconvenience for me.

We do not have an order acknowledgement. We paid for quick ship. No idea where the order is. Very frustrated.
I was contacted, information was provided to me. No one seems to know what happened to the confirmation emails etc, but the order did in fact ship and the company did promptly respond to the review and the concerns raised.

I felt compelled to add my testimonial after living with these comfy sacks for 11 years. I think these pictures speak for themselves. (Pictures are on the Comfy Sack testimonials page. I couldn’t find a way to upload pictures here.) These are the original sacks that were purchased 11 years ago. We have not added any foam or changed the covers. They have been used HARD, first by 2 teenagers, now the grandchildren are loving them. I can not speak highly enough about the quality of these sacks. The one that sits in the sun does have some fading…to be expected after 11 years of sitting in the sun. We will probably replace the cover just to freshen it up at some point. They have become part of our family culture. It was the wedding gift I knew my son in law would love…and he does! After seeing ours my brother and his family have purchased them, my niece has one, and my son in law’s parents have purchased them as well. 😊 We are all thrilled with them. I would ABSOLUTELY purchase a comfy sack again. Thank you for producing such a quality product that our family will continue to enjoy for many years to come.

When I emailed Comfy Sac because I was having trouble on line, the response was quick, friendly followed by a smooth transaction. Looked on line at the other companies but one reason among others like the price was I'm an Apple guy and if Apple approves, then so shall I. Great and comfy for two adults and our 60 pounder springer spaniel named Ray. I have the 7.5' micro suede royal blue lounger which is great forefather a lounger or a couch once pushed up to the wall but, not through it..lol.. Also purchased 2 matching pillows in the royal blue micro suede. There is a reason they are called Comfy. Hey sounds like a good for a t-shirt.. Get one.
