Long search

I finally found a genuine bean bag cushion. Everywhere you look it’s all the same “bag cover” just sold by a different person thinking they are gonna get rich reselling on Amazon. Unique, quality, care, and on sale. Didn’t miss much there, all in all I’d say it was a good day.

Not enough filling but excellent CS

Customer Service was excellent. I ordered a 6 ft. comfy sack with ottoman and neck pillow. The neck pillow is not worth the price, just use one you have at home. The shipping was quick. I broke the foam apart with my hands and rolled the sack and ottoman multiple times per day for the last 4 days. The foam provided does not even fill my sack 2/3 of the way. I reached out to customer service, who was very quick to respond. It looks like I will need another 20 pounds of foam. There was a miscommunication due to an email error, which was totally my fault - and CS offered me the option of purchasing more foam because they thought that they had already sent extra foam. I just spoke to CS and they are sending me more foam, free of charge. I will update on the fullness of my sack once received, but their CS is hands down the best I have dealt with in a while!!!!

Good customer service

There was no cover with the beanbag, but the company made it right and were quick to respond to the problelm.

Cannot thank you enough

Cannot thank you enough! We ordered our comfy sack without measuring the space we intended to place it (don't do that!) It has taken us quite a bit of time to find what works for our space, but Comfy Sack's customer service could not have been more helpful throughout the process.

Lounger was exactly as described

Lounger was exactly as described. Got it for our 5 grandkids. They constantly play on it, relax in it and want to be the lucky one to get to sleep in it! So very happy with this purchase. Very easy to refluff it after a busy day of them on it. Still a good foot and a half deep after a day of their use.

We'll see how this goes

Created an account when I placed my order, but can’t log in. Support told me that my account will not tell me the status of my order anyway, and when prompted for more information, they could not actually tell me why an account was helpful in the first place. Then they told me some information about how they don’t put warranty information for the filling on the website, but only share it via email.

Also, when I first went to the website it told me there was a 20% off sale ending in 10 hours, complete with countdown timer. I was not ready to make a purchase, so I asked support when the sale ended. They said, “The sale has been extended for another two weeks!“ Which makes me think that this is a false urgency strategy to manipulate people into making their purchase quickly.

I’m glad I bought a cheaper product from this company, because I’m not sure that I would trust it enough to buy a more expensive product. I will report back once I receive my product and have had it for a while, and I will update my review based on my experiences.

Edit to add: I provided an extra star for the quick response of support, and they also seem friendly and willing. I’m just concerned about the overall strategy of the business, as noted above. I’m at the point in life where I prioritize investing my limited funds with companies that operate with integrity. If Comfy Sack resolves the above issues, I would feel much more comfortable making additional purchases in the future!

Hello! Apologies for the confusion, but the account creation process is not necessary for orders. We want to make purchase very simple for our customers so they don't need to make an account to buy! When it comes to order status and shipments of orders, we have a system where tracking numbers are sent out shortly after orders are made that provide the full status of orders! Accounts only make future orders easier by keeping details such as shipping and billing address' saved! We are still unsure why your account was not made when you made your order, we did double check and it seems there is no profile for you, but your order did go through successfully and again it is not required for the status of the product! We don't want to force our customers to make an account to purchase our products so account making is an afterthought with us!

As for the fill warranty, we don't have one. That was just us letting you know that in good faith and in writing via email that we would cover you for the next couple of years if your bag starts to sag too soon. Technically speaking, we only have the warranty we provide on our FAQ page, that fill warranty was just us letting you know that we would do that for you if needed! Not technically a warranty, just us making you that offer if needed!

The sale was very popular so we decided to increase the time for it so more of our customers could take advantage of it!

Again I do apologize for the confusion, but I hope you enjoy your product and please keep us posted on how it goes!

I bought a massive comfy sac bag from…

I bought a massive comfy sac bag from Sams Club. It's gorgeous and my favorite seat in the house. Though it deflates quite quickly. After some months, I decided more stuffing would probably help a lot. I thought that I may be turned away by comfy sac customer service since I bought it from sams club.. but I was so wrong! The customer service was quick and helpful and I was told I'd be sent some more stuff free of charge. I'm excited to receive it and see how it will upgrade my bag! Thank you for the great service comfy sac!

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. We've bought from Comfy Sacks twice now (two comfy sacks the first time and two ottomans the second) and both times they didn't send as much stuffing as they said they would. That said, both times, they immediately sent more to make up the difference. It's a bit of an inconvenience, but their service is great. You just have to wonder why they aren't including the right amount in the first place!

I am very happy to hear our service is to your standards however, I do apologize that the bags have not come in fully stuffed... Thankfully this is not a consistent issue with all of our orders, you were just sadly unlucky enough to have two of them with not enough fill... Unfortunately the vacuum seal process can stunt the fill itself leading to an understuffed overall feel so even with bags that are properly filled this can occur and putting too much fill can overstuff them leading to bursting seams... It is a delicate balancing act that we are currently working on fixing so we very much appreciate the feedback whenever it comes in!

This is why we try our best to get our customers that extra fill as soon as we can to help them get the bags to the right level of fill!

Again I do apologize that your fill level was not enough for both orders, but we will work at ensuring our process improves so that no one has to face this issue again!

Great!

Great but be patient for bag to finish expanding. I would not say 4 people is accurate for largest lounger. More like 1 to 2 adults. My dogs love the sacs too!

Not as advertised

Not as advertised. Sack is not full. Let it air out for 4 days before using and kept breaking up the foam per directions. The cover is very loose and the sack is shapeless, not like the pictures. Can't use as chair as no back support. It's nothing but a giant pillow... great for a pet bed if that's what I bought it for. The cover is nice and it's soft. Too bad I can't sit in it. Very disappointed.

Exemplary Customer Service…

I want to acknowledge a Customer Service Representative by the name of Janice…..In my estimation this woman went above and beyond her job description. I had an issue with a product I had previously purchased as a Xmas gift for my son. Her professionalism and communication skills are exemplary and her ability to reach a solution to my problem was completed in a short amount of time. As a consumer there r very few companies who hire and train their employees to handle consumers to the level that your company has. Your company should definitely recognize Janice as an invaluable Customer Service employee. Also, hats off to your HR Dept. for their skills in hiring and to your company for the product u manufacture. Carole Cima—North Huntingdon. PA.

Great product and fantastic customer service!

We have ordered many of their foam filled sacks over the years and love them. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH when we’ve had to order replacement foam for one reason or another. I have referred many friends to them and will continue to do so. We love their 5 foot sacks and they are the preferred seating for all family movie nights! Love these!!!
