Our business carried out a review of water companies serving businesses a few years ago and selected Commercial Water Solutions. The experience was excellent from the start. We don't have a water meter but CWS were able to get us on a plan that realistically estimated how much water we used, rather than just being based on rateable value. Their rates are consistently lower than any other competitors and their clear pricing and bill itemisation make it very easy to see how they compare against other quotes. I was pleased to be able to inform a cold caller that his prices were significantly higher on every element of the quote than the rate we are currently on with CWS and he admitted that he couldn't compete.
