Concerns About Professional Conduct and Lack of Response

I am sharing my experience regarding Community Care, Inc. and the way a sensitive family-related situation was handled.

A Community Care representative, Chrissy Parlow, became involved in a personal family matter involving my fiancée and her mother. My fiancée had only briefly encountered her at St. Luke’s Hospital, and we were concerned about how Chrissy obtained and used my fiancée’s phone number afterward.

When my fiancée questioned why Chrissy was contacting her and involving herself in the situation, the response she received was extremely unprofessional. The message included repeated profanity, personal insults directed at my fiancée and her brother, and language that I believe was inappropriate for someone communicating in connection with a care-related role.

We attempted to raise the issue with her supervisor, Jennifer Giersch, but did not receive a meaningful response.

Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about Community Care, Inc.’s professionalism, communication standards, and accountability when concerns are reported. In my opinion, this situation should have been addressed directly and professionally, especially given the type of vulnerable clients and families the organization serves.

I would be very hesitant to trust this organization with someone I care about.
