Absolute Nonsense

This company is charging me for the panels that were installed in 2019 but have never worked. Their own engineer came out in 2021 and said that the panels weren't connected, heard nothing since until today they send a court summons for 900 quid. Spoke to Graham from the company and what a joke he is. Might as well of spoke to Boris Johnson about covid. Just full of lies. My wife never signed but there is a signature on the contract which was never mentioned as we were told that the council are putting them up.

total scam.i paid these scammers 345…

total scam.i paid these scammers 345 pounds for solar energy only to be told by a UNITAS engineer that i only owed approx 40-50 pounds. Then i receive a bill for 116 pounds when my bill had already been paid. Then to cap it off,i get another bill dated 31/03/2023 for £32.63.I called them and told them my solar panels were switched off on 8/12/2022 so how could you bill me for something i dont have. The lady said quote,"i can see that from my end" so this tells me a major scam is going on.My only hope is that OFGEM does its job and finds these con artists accountable and us victims are refunded the money they have taken from us all and shut these morons down for good.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, promised that the panels would save on energy bills but instead I'm left with a £500 charge for just having them on the roof.

AVOID LIKE COVID-19

This company don't deserve 1 star. They con you into panels, copy and paste your signature into contracts you have no idea about until a year later after you start getting bills for solar panels that are produced FREE from the sun. Pray on the vulnerable , threaten you with eviction, debt collectors even when your panels have been disconnected. Stay well clear of these scammers, and our local council of Stoke-on-Trent agreed this deal just to get £100 per roof and leased the roof out to a third party for 25 years.

Solar Panels that could literally kill you...

They illegally obtained my contact details from SOT council (which I have evidence of) and used this to forge my signature on multipule documents and contracts which they claim I can't get out of for 25 years. They installed solar panels on my roof that have since been condemned as unsafe by the council because they weren't even connected to anything, there were just live wires hanging in my electrical cupboard. Then they have the cheek to send bills for the so called energy I've used (quoting a meter reference number for a meter that doesn't even exist) and threaten to send balliffs and take legal action for the contract that I didn't even sign. When I called them up on it all they fell silent and have fobbed me off to a third party debt collector who themselves have even told me won't be working with CES for much longer because of the sheer number of disputes customers are having. Don't let them anywhere near your electrical supply - They aren't even licenced to be touching anyone's electrical supply or installing meters. Absolute scammers.

Even 1 star is to much for these…

Even 1 star is to much for these fraudulent people. They forged our signature. Be aware that you wouldn't safe anything and will end with a 25 years contract for nothing. Customer service is terrible, unreliable and rude.

This company fraudulently switched over…

This company fraudulently switched over my energy supplier and then attempted to bully us by threatening us with eviction if we did not have solar panels. They fraudulently obtained my partners signature from the council and tried to charge us £900 for energy we never agreed to and bombarded us with calls about solar panels. They have now told our current supplier we are £900 in debt. AVOID at all costs.
