What went wrong you ask? I get an an email saying thank you for your recent purchase from this company, asking me to leave a review, and we have never made a purchase from Companeo. So in terms of transaction, nothing went wrong because there wasn't one. In terms of the actual communication, I'd say someting has gone wrong.

Enquired online for card machine services …
Enquired online for card machine services etc and was called in the morning while in a meeting. I politely asked the lady who called to drop me an email with details so that I can return the call later, she refused… i the received an email stating the services are not for my business and no further contact will be made. Her insistence to want to speak at the time she called and ignoring the fact that I was busy at the time is simply astounding!

I considered renting a card payment…
I considered renting a card payment device. The companies you recommended gave clear advice that in my case it wasn't worth taking out a contract because of the occasional nature of my business.
