Waste of time with inexperienced staff - I signed up to this service to set up a company in the UK, these guys wasted my time and had unrealistic requirements. I asked for a refund which the processed after wasting weeks of my time.

Don't know what has happened to them. Used them in past and they were brilliant. Just tried to register two companies and nightmare. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Noone answering e-mails. Don't know where I am with companies. Worst service from any company I have received recently. Such a shame.

Done with this company after several years of using them. I gather that they were taken over a month or two ago but assumed that things would be ok.

I suggest that everyone avoids making the same mistake.

I am totally fed up with their services even not bother to reply.

I do not know what happened to this webiste. They are not form the companies even after several reminders, never contact back. They have no any helpline to talk, just take the message and again never reply.

I think, they are not serious in their business anymore.

Terrible service

Registered for a company nearly a month ago! Still hasn’t been set up!!

Tried calling/ emailing a number of times no reply or response. It should not take this long to set up as others take a few hours to set up.

Dodgy company avoid!

This is the second time in just 3 weeks, this company has ruined our client relationship.

Their services has gone down to ZERO.

I have used this compnay for several years with great service, however i placed an order over 2 weeks ago and the company ahs still not been set up... I have called Sooooo many times without an answer and emailed multiple times without response. Not only do they have my money, thay have also caused me embarrassment with my client, who is chasing me for updates!!! DO NOT USE AVOID BOTH COMPANY FORMATIONS 247 AND THEIR NEW OWNERS DYE DURHAM AT ALL COST!!!!

Since the last two week something untoward has happened to this business they are not being honest about. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years and now we are treated with disrespect and arrogance. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AS YOUR MONEY TO WILL BE TAKEN AND NO SERVICE PROVIDED.

Set up a company two weeks ago, received confirmation but to date have not received the documents by with email or post and the Company name is still available for incorporation. Have call 247 3 times and left voicemails each time as no-one will answer the phone and no-one will come back to me.

Still waiting for my business to be incorporated more than 3 weeks on. Just receive generic email responses following multiple calls. Still no update, missing out on business as a result. Whilst business merged should not take on more jobs when the website states service completed in 3 hours.

Been a loyal customer for years, paid to set up a few more companies and nothing back. Tried to call and no answer. What was once a great service is now nothing. Have to say to avoid which is such a shame

Our practice has been a loyal customer for many years, but 2023 saw a turnaround to this once reliable company.
One of our professional services clients used their Registered Offices facility for a few years and we suddenly received very short notice that this would be withdrawn.
Also it now takes ages for a standard Company formation. On one occasion we never even got a response until I called them up and had to follow it up a 2nd time!
Even the website now says there are long delays, what is happening?
So I do feel very sorry writing this, but our practice can't look after our clients with this level of service.

Just not the same great service anymore! Used them for years and WAS always very quick service and helpful people. Now I'm waiting over 2 weeks and can't get an answer either by phone or email. Company still isn't registered. Not sure what is going on??

24/7 services are not the same as before. We have noticed recently, time taking to form a new company has increased to 3+ days, where as previously the new company was incorporated by close of next working day or the same day if urgent fees was paid. We have been using them for past 8 years and never had any delay in formation going above 2 days but recently its been disappointing. Alternatively other formation companies are incorporating in 2 days so we suggest them to focus on faster incorporations.

We have used this company for years and all of a sudden everything seems to do downhill. After many phone calls over a number of days no one is picking up the phone. Orders 4028874 and 4030712 are not dealt with for a few days now.

I have resorted to writing a review on here in the hope it will get someone to contact me! I have used this company for years without issue, yet order 3514511 remains not on companies house! My client is rightfully ringing my phone constantly and I have been completely ignored by this company! I can't get anyone to answer the phone and they are literally ignoring all emails! Can anyone help? I literally don't know what to do apart from use a different company moving forward for all incorporations! 13 years of being an accountant customer to be treated like this it is soooooo bad!
