what a waste of my time
i need new windows so i am a real customer, but the call center Staff were mono tone and unintressted kept me on the phone far too long, then the people whom contacted me turned up with out ID , a business card is not ID and a car full of people they expected to me to allow in ! just unproffessional and overwhelming no understanding of families with children with disabilities and just fckking rude

We completely understand your concerns about someone arriving without appropriate identification. A business card would not be considered sufficient ID, and we agree that you should feel comfortable and confident about who you are allowing into your home.
We also find it very unusual that a supplier would arrive with multiple people in the vehicle, particularly without this being explained or agreed with you beforehand. We can understand how this could have felt overwhelming, especially when you have children with disabilities and were expecting a more considerate and professional approach.
Could you please let us know which supplier contacted you or attended your property? We would really like to investigate this with them and raise your concerns directly.
