Please don’t use this company

Please don’t use this company. I called twice and once I tried to explain my problem they cut me off. I used them for meet and greet. They dropped my car to me and parked on the side and handed me the keys. I was sent a parking fine for the drop off as they hadn’t parked in the bay. As a customer I wouldn’t understand the procedure but they should.

Proxy for another ripoff parking site

Purchased some parking through this company (supposedly supplied by "Prime Meet and Greet Gatwick" a company which does not exist), only to find after payment that the booking is actually through justparkme.

It's a legal requirement to clearly state the company you are buying from at the time of purchase as per the distance selling regulations.

If you read the justparkme reviews on trip advisor, you'll see that that are plenty of stories of them not showing up, charging unexpected fees, or the car being used as a taxi for a week and company back dirty.

Not wanting to do that, I requested a refund. They agreed to a partial refund less a £20 fee - which was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. They claim they are allowed to do this as an exemption to the distance selling regulations because this is related to the travel leisure industry. I also don't understand how they can justify a £20 fee for refunds since I know it only takes 5 seconds to issue a refund through Stripe (their payment provider).

My main conclusion is this company's main source of revenue to appearing to offer a good deal on parking, but only offering partial refunds once customers realise who they really are.

Recommend you avoid this company and look elsewhere!
