I’ve never used complete leasing before so was a bit sceptical. However no need to worry Ben Escritt was fantastic from start to finish. He sourced me the correct model of the Ds3 Crossback which I requested. My new DS is perfect!!!! Ben is a complete professional and always a pleasure to talk to, extremely responsive and kept me up to date with the process and delivery. I will definitely use Complete Leasing again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Ben your a great guy and provide 5 star service.

First time using Complete leasing ltd and I couldn’t fault the service. I purchased the Volvo XC40 and I was after a quick turnaround. I received a great deal and received my car in a week which was delivered to my door. I was so happy I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Wow... what an experience from the very first enquiry to the day the vehicle arrived Stuart at Complete Leasing was professional throughout. The speed he replied to my enquiries was exceptional. Excellent service from Stuart Crawford, throughout the process. Did a great job finding the vehicle that I wanted and at a great price. Held up by covid 19, but as soon as it was possible my vehicle was delivered, and I cannot fault the service , especially compared to some of the others I have used in the past.

Received my new lease car last night and I could not be more pleased! Dealt with Stuart Crawford who from the start was extremely helpful. I had very specific requests, it must be automatic and black, but lacked any idea of what else I required from that point on. He made some suggestions that I was very happy with and accommodated the fact that I would not move on colour. He kept excellent contact with both myself and husband and was prompt on sending through documents and any other paper work. Complete Leasing also offer a great discount for NHS staff with no quibble. I have been assured of aftercare help if I need to query anything and I will not hesitate to refer everyone I can to this company.
