This is the third time I have bought this product in different sizes from different sources and the label reads; For best results, use with API PREVENT ALGAE. I hope the product I have bought is PREVENT ALGAE otherwise I may be adding an incorrect chemical to my aquarium that is toxic in the dosage I am advised to use on the label. Many fish have died after adding this to my tank although some have survived. I am not able to confirm that this product is responsible for killing my fish (3 x swordtails, 2 x catfish, 4 x rummy nose and 3 x neon tetras). The product appears to keep algae at bay but I am reluctant to use it weekly as recommended on the label.
