Looked better quality on arrival than in picture and quieter than my previous whisper, (however, the whisper had broken diaphragms, and outlet connection when replaced). Noise is about the same as the noise of the bubbles. Handy suspension ring for side mounting. Bought because the hose connection points where fully shielded / protected by casing. Very pleased with product, gives good supply of air although not much difference noticed when using the flow control dials to reduce / increase air flow.
