Inaccurate quote for work

On my free phone call with chloe heard on a first tier tribunal matter l ask how much this would cost and was told in chloes words just over a thousand pounds. I was comfortable with that and went ahead l had to pay £750 deposit and as they did work they deducted each bit of work each week . Then they spent £750 then added another £400 off debt on top in 1 week and didn't let me know . In 2 weeks they sent me 15 emails and charged me almost £1450 and we were not even at first tier tribunal yet so don't believe any quotes they give you once you sign up you are a cash cow with them stay awayl have parted company with complete clarity at a loss these reviews on this page are all the complete clarity yous need after l complained the £400 debt they had the brass neck to do me a favour and reduce it to £200 l payed it just to get rid of them stay well away if you dont have deep pockets

During consultation

During consultation, Kara Mcgregor-Duke tried to convince me that statutory minimum payment offered for my redundancy is something I should be happy with. When I pointed out that few of the legal protocols were missed by my employer and I think I have a case to bring my claim to an Employment Tribunal due to unfair dismissal Kara Mcgregor-Duke said I should not pay any attention to protocols. Instead, it is likely that Tribunal would only give me statutory redundancy and my employer would not have to give any explanation. When I said I am surprised that she seems to represent my employer's case rather than mine and as she is my lawyer that seems quite strange. To that she said I am not her client actually. I asked to be seen by someone else and she said I have no right to do so and no, I will not get another lawyer! Lol Wow, I am more shocked than anything else. She provided zero value in terms of knowledge and had a rude and unprofessional demeanour.
