I have used and recommended Complete Formations a few times now and have been surprised each time at the speed and quality of support. A great service that makes registering a company easy with the added value of free telephone support if you have any questions.

I registered a company in 1 day with no problems. My mail is being forwarded to me fast. In 1 month I received two mails (stamp that I ordered and the mail from the HMRC). Leon was responsive to answer my questions. I talked twice with him on the phone – once before the company registration and once after the company registration.

The second phone call was related to the mail with the UTR that HMRC sends after the formation of the company. It was 12 days since the formation date and I still did not have it. Leon explained me that it is normal and that it takes between 2 weeks to 2 months until HMRC sends the letter out. I double checked by calling HMRC and they confirmed. On the 3rd week since the formation of the company I received the expected letter from HMRC (forwarded). Based on my estimation of the dates - Complete Formations has forwarded the letter either the same day that they received it or the next day.

Before deciding to use Complete Formations I searched extensively on other alternatives. I was looking for the best price but was worried of scams because I was forming the company from Spain. Eventual problems and expenses in traveling to UK to resolve them would offset all kinds of savings. I was especially worried by the only “one star - scam” comment but at the end I dismissed it. I purchased the Omega package which comes with registered office address and includes mail forwarding of the company mail. Probably this is the best price you can find out there.

Why I decide to write this review? I sincerely think that Complete Formations do good work and hope that by reading my comment others who want to register a company will feel more confident in choosing them.

Leon at Complete Formations is quick to resolve issues and a pleasure to deal with.

Order a company a Sunday, had to wait until Tuesday to be informed that the company did not exist anymore. Offered an alternative but non satisfactory. I asked for refund. Confirmed Wednesday that refund will be processed by accounting. On no answer Friday, opened a paypal dispute. On nest Monday, indicated that refund was on his was. On Tuesday, discovered the dispute and did not send the refund, being afraid of a double refund. Asked me a signed letter. Sent to him by email... So, apparently never read the paypal processing conditions, using worldpay but not knowing how to process a refund... At least, I would say a very poor organisation about payment procession and longer delay than other similar companies... I will amend this post if there is further news...

You pay for the services (i paid for a mail forwarding service) and they never forward you any mail! beware! they collect the cash and then that was it

Also when you ask them where is you mail, they say they have sent it to you, and if you did not get it, its your problem.

Also when you send emails asking for the status, they do not respond.

Also when you call them and ask for refund, they say that this is not possible.

This has been my first experience where I have read good reviews about a company and then had the pleasure of actually conforming it for myself. I could tell that they prided themselves in being friendly, open and honest about the type of company formation that suited me and there was no hard sell which I found refreshing.

Their service is second to none. Others may claim to provide good support but these guys still value you even after they have got your money. I would definately recomend them.

We were complete satisfied with the packages and services we received. We were given honest advice and were then able to make an informed decision. There was no pressure and we found that we received everythibg we were promised.
