I saved over 250 pounds in cash back. It was processing for more then 1 month and then they marked it in red. They have asked me to provide them with purchase receipts, email confirmations and bank statements showing those purchases. They back dated two month. They said that i may be in breach of terms and conditions. Neither i have saved those emails, nor am i going to provide them with my bank statements, Unbelievable. They are crooks. f you spend little bit, they wont hassle you. But as soon as you start using your limits in full, they will rob you. I cant believe that they are allowed to operate in this country. By the way complete savings, dont bother replying on this comment as you can say anything logic other then copy paste pre-written texts. I am taking you to small claims court over the hassle
