In the past had very good service and competitively priced items.

Sadly appears to have ceased trading.

Despite several attempts to contact them by phone leaving messages, going through the support part of site & e-mailing their enquiries I get no response, so wonder if still trading?

i Have purchased my pc from them , i am very satisfied with the pc and the customer service , recently my gpu got damaged and i got back to the seller , they was so polite with me and happy to replace the part for me free of charge , i will recommened everyone to buy of this company you will not regret their service exellent 10/10 stars.

very good computer for the money - dont need to pay excessive amount of money unlike if it was a name brand - where you would pay a certain amount just for the logo(brand) - good comapany great service - very good price - i looked around - I.E SPEC WISE - cant - be beat -

Website and selling pages clear and comprehensive. Very good range of systems and options. Great desktop PCs, well packed and everything just as ordered. Prompt invoicing for add ons and excellent communication. Can highly recommend this company.

Through no fault of Component Warehouse, my computer developed a fault right from the start and kept crashing. They had plenty of sensible suggestions on what to do to rectify the problem. I was able to talk to them on the phone and we communicated by email too. The problem was resolved and I have to say I am very happy with the computer, which is excellent value for money.

I HAD MY COMPUTER BUILT BY THE TEAM AT COMPUTER WAREHOUSE, IT TOOK 3 DAYS, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 3 DAYS AND IT WAS! I AM THRILLED WITH IT AND IT DOES EVERYTHING I WANT AND MORE. ALEX TOLD ME IT WAS A SUPER ONE AND HE WAS RIGHT. SO NOW OUR GOOD FRIEND IS HAVING ONE BUILT FOR HIM, HE WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH MINE, WITH THE SPEED AND EASE OF USE. ALEX IS LOOKING AFTER HIM.

I installed Win XP 64 bit professional on the pc which had an Intel i5 CPU @ 3.4GHZ
The computer had enough power to run even the most demanding XP games with consumate ease whilst still running older games, such as Soul Reaver (pre 2000 - downloaded from Steam).
The OS (XP 64 bit) I installed regonized all 8 GB of system Ram that was fitted.
I was very pleased with this.
It had a 2GB graphics card by NVIDEA which could "turbo boost", offering a perfomance increase of somthing like 40% (I think)
The DVD ROM drive supplied read 100% (literally) of all the XP games I that I put in it.
Overall I am very,very pleased with this purchase, I would recommend the "Component Warehouse" to anybody looking for a quality games PC for a very reasonable price.( I paid £500.00)

I would definitely recommend component warehouse to anyone looking for a new computer, whether it is for general use or to meet specific requirements. They were very helpful and patient on the phone and dispatched my item quickly. It did come with some slight damage to the front panel due to mishandling by the delivery company (Inter link, i believe (who were also supposed to send me a text to let me know when the item was arriving, but didn't (twice))), but i received a new front panel within 24 hours, which is as much as i could possibly expect. Unfortunately i don't feel i can give five stars because of that, which is a shame because it's not their fault other than they chose to use that company. That aside, my experience with them was as good as it gets.

you can not get better value for your money

I saw this ad for cheap computers and being a pensioner it was just inside my budget.
Ordering on line was easy and delivery was quick.
The only dissapointment was the weight of this computer.As described in the on line advert, this machine was badly scratched, so no points for external quality.
The DVD RW was fitted for an extra £20 this worked well.
I now have a refurbished computer to play with and here's hopeing it will last for a couple of years.

First class service in every way, particularly communications, good product, speedy delivery, cannot be faulted

For £289 I have got a great computer that elsewhere would have cost me £400 +

As a non-IT professional, I appreciate Alex's easy-to-understand explanations of technical matters along with his obvious passion for his work and business. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I know that I couldn't get a service anywhere near as good even for a great deal more money. He offers excellent products and services at exceptionally competitive prices along with a service that I don't think can be surpassed. Don't hesitate in using Component Warehouse - you may have tried the rest now do business with the best!

Wanted a computer for a particular application. The help and advice was just great as was the computer. The performance was more than I expected.
