Easy to order good quality products. I bought castors for a very heavy sewing cabinet and all dimensions, weights and loads were given and fully described. I was notified of the progress of my order immediately and it arrived very well packed and on time. The castors are perfect for my needs and very reasonably priced.

I was unable to buy items from company, because I haven't so called EORI and VAT numbers.
I'm a private person, I was intending to buy small amount of parts for my personal project.
I could be wrong, but companies blind follow trade rules make misery for general public.
Clearly should be option for private persons to buy freely without any barriers.

Update on earlier Trustpilot review
Update on earlier Trustpilot review. Really pleased with pull down rails, they are very sturdy and look very smart in our new wardrobe setup. They have a very strong spring mechanism so currently its a bit of a pull to lower the rail but I think thats because we are well under the weight allowance.
Very pleased with the easy ordering procedure, prompt delivery and the helpful Sales Team. I would not hesitate to purchase more items from Components Direct and would definately recommend the Company.
