Scammers - never sign up with them

Never sign up with them. They are scammers . I signed up for computer relocation and asked them to send 2 people for 8 hours and paid them £4000. However only 1 person named Oliver Robert, turned up and left after one hour instead of 8 hours as signed up for .
It’s been more than a week that I am after Richard Price, their manager, to refund my money or else even deduct for one hour even though no service was provided in that hour as well. Still no replies, no refunds .
