Computerquote transferred my business to A-Plan Insurance group - i have waited 5 days for them to get me a house insurance quote . I went elsewhere - so thanks Computerquote for transferring me to a rubbish firm !

Absolutely appalling customer service, telephoned in February to update bank details received email confirming change over no money taken from bank constantly phoning chasing up to find out why they have not taken money from bank to be told I will have a call back 6 times I have chased this company but I bet you if I needed to claim they would find away of not paying out by stating your a month behind, then to top it off I receive a letter to tell me in my best interest my insurance is transferring to A Plan how about you contact me about my payment you have not taken.

Didn’t have access to a printer to print sign and return my policy documents. Phoned and spoke to Kayleigh and she kindly offered to print and send 1st class and also extend the 14 day deadline. Fab customer service. Hope it’s as good if I need to make a claim. Thank you Kayleigh
