The story is this: I ordered a laptop and accessories for it on October 23, 2022. I asked to send as quickly as possible. I already had tickets to another country on 12/14/2022, but they spit on all my requests. They sent me a parcel only on 11/03/2022 after my next request. Next is the most interesting. On November 11, 2022, the parcel was no longer tracked, but the representatives of the store assured me that the parcel would arrive within 4-5 weeks and would definitely have time to arrive before my arrival. In the end, on December 14, on the day of my departure, the parcel just arrived in the territory of Kazakhstan. I wrote to them about the possibility of cancellation or forwarding to another address and they started blaming me for everything!!!! they said that it was my fault that I ordered from them knowing that she would not have time to come, although until that day they had been convincing me for two months that everything would come before my departure. Then Computeruniverse decided not to refund my money!! Now it is April 03, 2023, they still haven’t returned the money to me, they don’t answer my emails. Don't hesitate to buy anything from them!!! They stole the money even though they got all the goods back a long time ago!!! Nothing returned!!

To be perfectly clear I have used…

To be perfectly clear I have used computer universe multiple times and spent over 7,000 euros.
And previously never had any issues.

But recently I had ordered a box of parts which had arrived damaged and with missing items.

All I have to say is all the reviews about the horrible service are true.

3 weeks later no reply after trying to get in contact with them through email and phone

And this is a case where computer universe is fully liable So I can only imagine how horrible it would be to deal with returns / warranty issues.

Unfortunately I had to open a bank dispute to try and even get some sort of assistance.

I would suggest if possible try to avoid if you are buying from outside of Germany and use Amazon albeit they are more expensive.

There is a high probability parts will arrive safe and sound but if they don't, expect a headache trying to get your money back.

Do not waste your time and money. Scammers

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this online shop. I placed an order almost month ago (3 March) and have yet to receive any updates or relevant information about my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have not received any response. It is clear that this online shop is not committed to customer satisfaction and is only interested in grabbing people's money.

It is unacceptable for a company to take people's money and not provide any sort of service or update on their order. I feel scammed and taken advantage of by this online shop. I would strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase from this company to steer clear and avoid the headache and frustration that I have experienced. This online shop has proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Do not waste your time and money on this company.

Ignorant support, long returns & faulty products

Hello, unfortunately I can't say much good stuff about this webstore.
I've had two orders made there, and besides the bargain prices I bought them at, they backfired with lost time and nerves.
My first order was a 32GB DDR5 RAM stick yet I received a 16GB stick instead, because of that I had to return it. The return process lasted a whole month until I had my money back.
The second order was a B-Ware X670E motherboard which finally didn't fit my needs so I left it unused. And due to my last experience I decided to sell it instead of returning it and waiting another month with my cash frozen.
I managed to sell the MOBO but of course something was wrong with it. The buyer reported to me a sticker covering the RAM slots didn't fully come off leaving residue inside the slots (which btw allows for the RMA process to happen). He managed to clean it off but after booting the board noticed that one of the internal USB-C ports wasn't working correctly (data went one way only).
And so he decided to RMA the board himself with the receipt I gave him but Computer Universe responded that I'd need to transfer the ownership - I did just that by writing an email to the Computer Universe support but they've been ignoring it for a week already.
Please respond to my email ASAP and I might just adjust the rating.

Ordered article got cancelled after 1.5 weeks despite being in stock at the time of and after the purchase.

Ordered an article when 2 items were left in stock, and the website advertising with shipping today if ordered in the next 3 hours.
After my purchase went through 2 items were still available.
Got a confirmation e-mail that my article is ready for "in stock, ready for immediate shipping".
The next day the article was sold out and the status of my order changed that they are awaiting the delivery of my article in 4 days.
4 days later I receive and e-mail claiming that the article is "available from stock and reserved for me".
Another few days go by and nothing happens so I decide to call customer service.
First 3 calls ended without being able to contact anybody and them hanging up on me once.
After the weekend I decide to call again and finally manage to talk to somebody.
They tell me that something went wrong and they'll open a ticket to have it resolved.
The next day I receive an e-mail that my order has been cancelled because the item is out of stock.

First and last time trying to order something here.

Save yourself the hassle

My order was returned because a smartwatch is apparently considered a "dangerous good" and DHL won't ship it. Now I know for a fact that this isn't the case, as I have had others shipped via DHL before with other companies. Secondly, if after charging €25 to ship via regular post the product can't be delivered, perhaps not allowing the order to go through would be a good start?

Their customer service takes ages to get back to you and calling them isn't much better either. I ended up having to raise a dispute with my bank to finally get my money back. Never again.

Worst experience ever

First of all, customer support is a disaster, they answer every 3 working days, which means there is a weekend in between, so you exchange communication every 5 days and if you need something at a certain time, you better forget about getting it.

When I received the €4,800 package after an interminably long time, the components were packed in an ordinary box without protection.
Let me say that they have the option of premium packaging when ordering, it should be better packaged and blah blah, of course I paid extra myself, because €4,800 is not a small value of goods for me, but as said, I experienced a cold shower when I opened the box.
After opening the package, I start taking the PC components out and notice that all the boxes have already been opened, the CPU i9-13900K also has a broken seal, not to mention the extremely dusty and dirty component boxes. I would understand if I ordered something worth 20€... and there was such an attitude...

Under normal circumstances, I would definitely send the package back, but since everything has taken far too long, I can't afford to waste any more time, I need the components to build a computer for work.
Now I can only pray to God that all the components will work when everything is put together.

I really have no words for their attitude.
In general, I definitely do not recommend buying from Computer universe.

Worst experience

On the 25th of November I have placed an order on computeruniverse.net and till today still waiting for my order. I have contacted via phone and emails many times, representatives always saying that they understand my concern and they going to pass to the concerned department. The next day they always send an email saying that I need to wait since takes time. I have been waiting for an update till the 7th of December. No one will help. I asked them to send a new one since it looks that order is lost and recently I ask for a refund but no reply from their end. Worst experience ever

the customer service is not very good. Before ordering I wanted to double-check how long it would take to ship.
I called them four times and wrote a couple of messages, no response. But they have good prices Im not going to lie.
