Conamuse are a terrible scam site that should not be trading an absolute disgrace why they are still trading. I ordered a jacket 10 weeks ago and am still waiting.i emailed them they said it had got lost, lies?? They said they would send another one marked urgent, 5 weeks later nothing absolutely appalling. They won’t return my money so am going to the small claims court. Please do not buy from this robbing scam site
I ordered a dress from November 2025 and I never received it. I was told package got lost sometimes and it happens and they promised me to re send it but never happened. This is a fraud website and I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from it .
This has been an absolutely terrible experience.
I was told that my order was delivered on January 2, but nothing ever arrived. I contacted the seller immediately and explained that there was no package at all.
Their response was that it was a “logistics error” and that they would resend the item. Fine — mistakes happen.
However, it has now been over 20 days, and they still have not provided a new tracking number. For 20 days straight, I keep getting the same generic replies: “We’ve resolved it,” “Please wait,” “We will send the tracking number soon.”
Nothing has been resolved. No tracking number. No shipment. No real answers.
I ordered this product last year and needed it by December 31. A delay of a day or two would be understandable — but waiting months, with constant excuses and no proof of shipment, is unacceptable.
At this point, I no longer want the product. I requested a full refund, and I strongly warn others to be careful. Based on my experience, delivery can take 2–3 months or never happen at all.
