The certificate is useless spent $89 for something that’s useless. Still need to go in front of someone which I kind of thought your site was kind of too good to be true. I regret even doing it because I could’ve just went to a class and probably spent the same amount of money now I gotta spend $89 which I spent and then how much it was gonna cost to pay for somebody to stand in front of me while I show him how to use a handgun useless site I regret every second of doing it. I can’t state this enough.

Stay away
Stay away. Cancelled class after a couple hours when I found out that I didn't need it in my State. Here is their policy "All other refunds are on a case-by-case basis." Every case gets denied as far as it was explained to me. Very murky at best. Should state no refunds period! Also they add several items if you just click on the class purchase. You have to OPT_OUT or else they pad you bill. Very sketchy business practices. Stay away.

It is generally an individual's responsibility to understand the full carry permit application process in their state of residence, however, our team is available directly at 800-990-5594 during normal business hours for ANY questions or concerns prior to signing up, during the process, and after! Refunds are issued based on the reason for cancellation and the individual circumstances surrounding registration.
Though there are some states that do not mandate a course be taken, we firmly believe that firearm training is vital for anyone who intends to carry! Our classes cover topics such as firearm best practices for safety and handling, state-specific laws, situational awareness, threat avoidance, child access prevention, measured responses to danger, and more.
Lastly, yes, we do have additional products available for purchase along with course registration. These are always optional and are not required to attend the class. Our team would be more than happy to assist if any of these add-ons were included incidentally during the check-out process, though there is a breakdown screen of what you're paying for prior to purchasing. 🙌
