My first purchase with concept was around 8 years ago. Prior to this I had bought them from a small retailer in Morley (Leeds). My last purchase with them were styline blinds which are also local in Bingley.
I contacted styline who obviously told me that they only sold to the trade.
The nice lady at styline directed me to concept as they said you were amongst the best value retailers to get their blinds from.
Your price was almost half what I had been paying the retailer in Morley.
Since then I have made all purchases from concept for both myself and directed family and friends your way.

The whole ordering experience from Concept Blinds was so easy and the team responded to email queries very promptly .
I purchased a set of vertical blinds for my French doors and then decided several months later to get another set in same colour for another window . Unfortunately the colour I had previously had been discontinued but the team looked through their colour books and had similar shade samples sent to me . Consequently I now have 2 lovely sets of vertical blinds.
Cannot fault their customer service and would highly recommend .

Brilliant blinds, arrived swiftly and fit nicely. Well packaged too. Easily fitted in the recess of our patio doors.

I found this company online as my local company can only supply blinds fully fitted at a much higher cost. We wanted sunwood blinds as they had the quality we required. A quick search brought us to concept blinds. We ordered one blind to start with which arrived within 9 working days from order. So pleased with the quality and packaging provided for a safe transfer. Highly recommend this company. So impressed we ordered a further two blinds. Just a word to Concept Blinds it may be better that you request measurements in meters and millimetres as centimetres may be a bit confusing to some older customers.

We recently had some vertical blackout blinds from Concept Blinds Direct for our newly decorated bedroom.  The blinds arrived a little earlier than expected.  They were of excellent quality and very easy to install.  As we have a square bay window we had three separate blinds made up and they all fitted perfectly and had been made exactly to our required measurements.  The price was excellent and we were really pleased with them and the service we received. We will definitely buy from Concept Blinds Direct again when we next need more blinds and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. 

The control unit on my blind failed after 7 or 8 years. I contacted the company to ask if it could be repaired. They provided clear information about what I needed to check and eventually sold me a replacement control unit. They always responded very quickly and the customer service was great. My blind is now good as new again.
