My whole experience was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jo was absolutely brilliant, she made it fun and also knew exactly what I looked good in, that is a wonderful skill to have. I will not go to any other opticians now.

I woke up with a sore and uncomfortable eye. I knew it was something that required looking at by a professional.. Several unsuccessful phone calls later trying to get some sort of help, I called Concept Eye Clinic! Absolutely blown away with the customer experience from all 3 members of staff. Left with a prescription for an eye infection and assurance that they could see me on Monday if required, said with genuune concern.
I will stay with my own local independent opticians as we too live in a small town. I would wholeheartedly recommend this eye clinic to anyone. 5 stars from me. Thank you for my experience all of you.

Just called in no appointment. Thought I required new glasses, but a repair to the arm and a good clean of the lenses was all required. No charge. Brilliant friendly advice and will go back again for my next pair. Thank you team! Alan

It is a real pleasure to be with the staff at Concept Eye Clinic. Their approach is personalised, reassuring, friendly and professional. Above all - they know what they are doing.
Arranging appointments is quick and easy. The team give all the time required to fully care, not only for your eye-sight, but also for your comfort and appearance with new spectacles, should they be necessary.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Recommended to visit by a friend as could not read through present glasses. First visit. Friendly, professional and efficient and the staff clearly enjoy their profession.
