Great service. Not sure about blinds however
Concorde we're absolutely delightful to deal with. Incredibly polite. However I'm slightly concerned that the fabric they used for my rollars blinds seems flimsy and thus easy to cracking and threading away on the edges. I've noticed a slight thread pealing away after less the a month. Not sure they will last many years. The service however I cannot fault at all

This is the first we’ve heard about your concern with the fabric, and we’d be happy to investigate if you could send us some photos.
During your consultation, we were asked to find something within your budget and as close a match as possible to your previous blinds purchased online. All our fabrics are carefully chosen for their quality, and we wouldn’t expect fraying or peeling under normal conditions.

The process was excellent from start to finish. Kieren was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly.
The installation team was respectful of the property and did a great job.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering mosquito blinds-they are brilliant for keeping bugs out.
