FILTHY TRASH!!!!!!
Do NOT get an apartment with these people, it will be a waste of time! RUN FAR AWAY, NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I’ve made a lot of bad decisions in my life but moving into this apartment takes the cake. These people are filthy, disgusting trash, the apartment is trash. The property manager is scum!!! The property manager tells lies and actually thinks people believe him!!! He’s filthy trash!!!! They hire people off the street who are UNCERTIFIED to do work because they will work for little to nothing!!! The workers are probably over here illegally.
They do poor business, they don’t handle concerns or problems you have. No matter how much you call or email no one will answer or respond to you. I’ve had problem after problem in my apartment. I’m ALWAYS without hot water. I’m without hot water RIGHT NOW AT THIS MOMENT!!!! The workers turn the water off without warning and then won’t turn it back on and when you call maintenance about it will take days before you problem gets fixed. One year I had a serious problem with big flies coming into my apartment through the vent. It took all year for them to fix it. I was killing 10 to 20 flies a day!!!!
I AM LITERALLY SAVING YOU, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I can’t wait to move the hell out, if I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would, they definitely don’t deserve 1 star.
Matter of fact STAY AWAY from New York. If you’re thinking about moving out here don’t do it. I moved out here 3 years ago and have regretted it ever since. NY IS TRASH!!!!!!!!!
