Absolutely everything was done either incompetently or fraudulently. They placed their staff (the owner's family) in our apartment at below market rates, insisted it was a fair price, and then never enforced any lease terms. They have refused to provide bank statements for our trust account and have kept our funds when we finally fired them.
Worst experience I could have to manage my flat in Berlin. After 9 years without too many problems, they changed the reference staff for italian customers (from Mrs. Bonechi to Mrs. Bruni), since then the situation has become impossible: they responded late and badly to my requests for information, they did not inform me of the damages to the flat because of condominium problems, for which the rent was not paid by the tenant, nor did they request compensation from the condominium. They sent me an exaggerated estimate for the repair of other damages, which the tenant remedied by spending half of their requests. Faced with my complaints, they closed the trust account without warning and withheld their commissions for 8 months, leaving me in trouble for the administration of the flat and without giving me back the documents they got from the tenant, that by the German law they must return to the owner
Absolutely the worst. They have only their own self interest in mind. Wasted money, wasted time, wasted energy. As Filippo said - to be avoided at all costs until they get their act together.
