Awesome service. Bought a 100 condoms same brand I have been buying from them for years, they were abnormally small and short and didn't say a thing finally after looking at them almost every day for a year I decided to write a bad review about the condom brand. Condom Depot sent me an email less than 24 hours later and offered me a free replacement.

Haley provided great customer service. I selected the wrong shipping option. The order went out before it was able to be corrected but a partial refund was credited back to me. Small things like this make a big difference and will have me coming back!

I TRIED TO ORDER CONDOMS AND KEPT GETTING A PRODUCT REVIEW WITH NOWAY TO ORDER

Ordered for almost 300$ package never arrived, customer service rarely answers and in the end completely ignores you. They refuse to check about the shipment on their side.
I can not recommend this store.

Condom Depot used to be reliable with a great selection. I recommended the site to everyone who'd complain about the lack of options at their grocery store. Every time I've ordered from them before my package shipped promptly. Service seems to have tanked since I was sent almost expired condoms in my last order and it was the most expensive condoms of the ones I purchased.

I reached out to customer support to ask if all their stock of this specific brand was going to be only months away from expiration if I ordered more and never received a response. My initial email was sent Jan 30 and it's March 6 now. I recommend shopping from another website if you're expecting fresh product to keep any accidents from happening with your partner.

I made a purchase with their website on February 23, 2021. According to their website, they have not shipped my package. Today is March 05, 2021. I do not believe this company is operating in good faith. As the other reviewers have stated, "Do not purchase from this company!!!" March 07 2021 *Update seller has corrected my order*

An order placed in November 2020 never showed up. After contacting customer service 6 times, they never confirmed that the order was even shipped and wouldn't do anything to help. I've ordered from them before with no problems, but something seems to have gone downhill.

condomdepot provides fake shipping number and ask for refund but no respond.

I placed an order with them in mid-December and they marked it as shipped on my account page two days later. By the middle of January I had not received my package nor had I received a tracking number so I sent them an email. They did not respond but they did quietly update my account page with a tracking number that showed that they didn't even bother to print a shipping label until several days after I had emailed them asking for tracking. It is nearly February and I still do not have my package. They will not refund my money. This was my first and last order with them.

I bought product from them 3 times and the last time the items never arrived.
I sent an email asking them to take care of the problem.
No responce.
I wrote them 3 times....
Never buy anything from them again. NEVER!

Ordered condoms a week ago, still haven't shipped, emailed, opened an inquiry over their website and called twice no response. Save your time and money by dealing with a legit company.

The expiration date of the condoms I received was just 6 months down the road!! Drug store condoms have expiration dates that are 3-4 years away.

Always delivered in a discrete, timely manner. Best options for condoms and lube.
