Incompetent property management company
I am currently residing in one of their properties in Bolton. However, we frequently receive notices over trivial matters, often accompanied by threats of eviction, which disrupt our peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Additionally, some house sharers appear to be inexperienced and immature, escalating minor issues unnecessarily. Rather than addressing these concerns in a fair and balanced manner, the management company tends to place the blame on us, which is unwarranted.
As tenants, we pay rent with the expectation of a comfortable living environment. Repeated issuance of such threatening letters not only creates unnecessary stress but also undermines our right to peaceful enjoyment of the property. I urge the management company to handle matters more constructively, fostering mutual understanding among tenants rather than resorting to intimidation.
