This company prides it self on helping…

This company prides it self on helping the people that need help in medical problems . I am my wife's 24 hour caregiver as she has MS and she has only use of 1 arm and zero leg movement. I bought a $13,000 chair for my wife so she could go out . Congdons charged me twice for the deposit of $5000 . The will not listen to reason and have made my life miserable for 5 months . Never purchase anything from this rip off company unless you want headaches for life.

After spending more than $5000 here…

After spending more than $5000 here this summer, I was awaiting a pair of compression socks that were to be ordered and delivered to me. When I called today to find out what's going on, I was told they were not ordered and to take my business elsewhere. I was gobsmacked. Anyway, I will do exactly that and take my business elsewhere.
