Great price, incredible service! Angela was helping me hold my dress out of the snow and assisted us with the photographer while she waited. She paid immense attention to detail and wiped the inside door of the car before I got in to protect my dress. It had never even occurred to me. She was punctual despite the adverse weather conditions, so so nice and friendly and I cannot recommendation them highly enough!

We used Connect Executive for our Granddaughter's wedding to take both the Groom's party and the Bridesmaids party to the countryside venue.
We received very courteous and efficient service right from the booking enquiry to the actual journeys in 2 of their luxury 7 seater vehicles.

Michael was our driver in Birmingham and Coventry - professional, courteous, and safe. Always precisely on time (even managed to negotiate us through Birmingham Airport parking lot - no easy feat!). My driver from Birmingham to LHR was Angela, also a top-notch driver. We had to make a small scheduling change at the last minute, they were able to accommodate easily. Great car company staffed by great people.

The efficiency and overall service was superb. Arriving at Birmingham Airport in an absolute downpour our welcome was excellent and the assistance with suitcases to the car and on arrival back home was really appreciated. Nice to have a driver with a great sense of humour and anecdotal travel/holiday stories. Made the journey home from holiday an enjoyable experience trip when usually it is a 'downer' when returning from a great holiday. I would definitely use Connect Executive again.
