THIS COMPANY IS: CONNECT PARKING / CONNECT PARKING LIMITED / CONNECT PARKING SERVICES. A horrific set-up. Promise a 45 minute drop-off from point of bag collection, took 90 minutes. A lot of smoke and mirrors in the meantime around phantom traffic issues coupled with many unmet commitments and promises whilst being passed from one operator to another etc. When I asked for my money back on the phone I was told in no uncertain terms to "F..... off". Unacceptable.
Avoid Connect Parking at all costs. Used this company over the festive period and the car was returned to me in a totally unacceptable condition. The car interior was absolutely covered thick mud and dirt, and looked as though it had been parked in a field!! I have never seen mud like it. This was a brand new car and I've only had it for two weeks. When you try to call/email them to complain the number is out of service and they have no interest in dealing with your issues.
Dreadful customer service and you have to wait an hour to have your car dropped off after you land.

Booked through We Deal Meet and Greet and was subcontracted to CONNECT PARKING. On returning from holiday and having to wait an hour for the car we found that it had been damaged. Volvo have quoted us £500 for the repair. Connect Parking have not answered any emails and when we phone their office number it has been disconnected. Having used a mobile number to call when collecting our car we have repeatedly telephoned and continually get fobbed off by the staff member. Customer service is completely alien to them but rudeness seems to be the norm. Furthermore Companies House have served a notice to dissolve the company. Company number = 09783832 and go to ‘filing-history’

Connect parking caught out using local council pay and display car parks. Numerous cars ticketed by council several times in one park. According to the press they have admitted knowing to using the public car park so it is not a rogue attendant. Further info google it Daily Mail BBC etc ran the story this date 26th April 2017. A guest of mine has returned to their car with 5 tickets on it at falling lane yewsley and another at Fairfield road.
Now says 275 cars ticketed !!!!!

I park my car with connect parking for Easter and they park my car in wiko council car park and I might receive parking tickets because when I picked my car I found the paper where written all the roads name and next to road name was written car registration numbers and funny enough I found my car registration number on that paper and my car was parked in wiko car park. I drive Aston Martin Db9 when I reached home and ring my tracker company and they told me my car was parked there all the time when I was away on holidays. So I spoke with sun newspaper and they told me they are aware of that and they will publish the news very soon because they don't have any yard and they parking the cars behind gentlemen club in colonbrook.
