If you really care about your business, avoid ConnectReseller. They have suspended my domain for no legitimate reason, and I wasn’t even notified. Their abuse team seems to be untrained and uneducated. They’re not fit to handle critical services like domain management.

Had a worst experience with Connect Reseller so far, your domain can get suspended anytime, no proper reason, no notification nothing. After suspension they will respond to your emails after 2 days. I had to shift all my domains immediately after experiencing this. I would never trust connect reseller again.

All my domains were suspended three days ago, and I have not received any notification or reason for the suspension. I emailed you three days ago, but I have yet to receive a reply. I simply cannot understand how you are conducting business this way. ConnectReseller is the worst domain reseller ever.

I have tried ConnectReseller for more than a year. Their prices are similar to other registrars, but the main issue is that your domains can get suspended at any time, without any reason or notification. I experienced this three times within one year. This behavior is very unprofessional. They suspended three of my domains out of the ten I had registered with them, without sending any suspension email. When I contacted them regarding this, they usually replied two days after my email. The reasons they provided were just silly. As a result, I had to purchase three new domains from another registrar and immediately transfer my remaining seven domains away from them. I strongly recommend never using ConnectReseller for business purposes.

My domain was suspended around 18 hours ago. I have received no email notification regarding the reason for it. I have contacted your whatsapp support team but they are saying, I need to contact abuse team. I have already emailed your abuse team regarding it around 15 hours ago. Till now I have received no reply for it. I just don't know what to do to get my domain active. You did not told me the reason for my domain suspension. How would I fix it. You are not even responding to my email. At least tell me the reason for my domain suspension. This type of behavior is just unacceptable.

How can you do this. You suspended my domain just because of a news article. You are asking me to remove the news from my website because you received a report that its false and just suspended my domain without any warnings. You didn't even tried to verify that the news is true or false. I just don't know how you are running this business. All other big news website have posted the same news and this news is true. I have already sent you the other news website links that have posted the same news that I have posted on my website but your abuse team is the worst I have ever seen. They have still not unsuspended my domain and replying after 6 hours that I have to remove that news from my website to unsuspend my domain.

Why do you have such a stupid abuse team. Your abuse team have no experience to handle the abuses. You suspended my domain without any warnings and just suspended it. My website is a temporary file storage website. Your team need to be educated regarding it that in cloud storage website people will host their files(which gets deleted automatically after 1 hour). You have suspended my domain just because of a image file. Thank god we all have option to transfer domains. Now I have transferred the domain and already discussed this matter with other registrar. They assured me that they would never suspend my domain with such a silly reason mentioned by you. I hope people would be aware of the risk of registering domains with a company like you.

Connect reseller worst domain reseller. They will suspend your domain anytime without any warnings. They suspended my domain because my server has a apk file download link. Apk file was a webview app of my own website built my me only. According to virustotal apk was safe. This app was already uploaded to play store and also approved by play store. But connect reseller abuse team don't want to listen anything and just suspended the domain and forced me to delete the apk file if I want to unsuspend my domain. According to them its not allowed. They consider apk file as a Malicious activity. It seems like their abuse team is unexperienced and uneducated to work as a domain registrar. Never use connect reseller if you are really serious about your business, your domain can be suspended anytime without any genuine reason.

Better Service best support highly recommended for domain resellers

When the registrar lock is enabled, the name servers of a domain cannot be changed. This is a very systematic approach.

With the registrar lock enabled, a domain cannot be transferred to another registrar. To transfer the domain to another registrar, the registrar lock must be removed.

The registrar lock and unlock should be limited to domain transfers!

But what have you done? If the registrar lock is enabled, you don't even allow server changes. And you don't seem to understand that this is a big hassle for regular customers.

Great Support and Account manager is really very nice. They helped me transfer my domains from my previous registrar very smoothly. I am happy that i have discovered this company truly a gem. Looking forward and will recommend everyone. :)

Their abuse support team is horrible.

They reply after 2 days and will suspend your domain without verifying the abuse properly.

They need proof, that I changed my email password. How I am supposed to send the proof that I changed pass?
