Terrible service levels

Whenever there is a problem and there have been many the result is the same, blame a 3rd party, offer platitudes whilst the client who is under contract suffers. As a manufacturing business if we treated our customers in the same fashion they would be seeking an alternative producer, how silly we were to sign a term deal.

Terrible

Terrible. Do not answer calls or messages or follow through on commitments to return calls. Unable to apply a pac code to transfer a number and then subsequently ignored my calls and messages. Omnishambles.

They could not care less!! Avoid at all cost.

Where do I start with Connect Total Lewes, Sussex. I had serious problems with my phones and had numerous occasions where I had no phones at all! This seriously effected my business. They eventually sorted my problems after a long period of time. I was not happy with their service and our contract was coming to an end and i was going to go with another provider. Connect then came to my office and offered me a better deal and assured me that the problems that I had in the past would not happen again. I then signed a new two year deal with them in June 2019. The new deal did not come into effect even though we had a new contract and I was therefore being over charged. They have apologised but they have ignored emails and i have to keep chasing them myself. It is now March 2020 and they still owe me over £2000. I have asked for their complaints procedure but that has been ignored. They tell me the money they owe me is coming but I have still not received this. I have asked to be released from their contract after speaking to a manager. He was coming back to me 24th February still no reply! I emailed my account manager on 25th February as i think my mobile contracts are out of contract and wanted to find out. I received an email back to say that the same manager (cc'd in to the email) would come back to me that afternoon. Nothing still today.
Shocked and appalled that I have been treated in such a terrible way. They could not care less!!
Avoid at all cost.

Stay Clear

i used to work for this company and the work methods are awful for a start, management is terrible and sales guys are rewarded well after they are selling stuff to customers they should not, as a technician for this company i can advise we are advised to google to fix to problems and they also cheap out on your equipment so that amazing router they tell you is worth £100's is worth £33 on amazon.

as an ex employee i will advise do not work for them and do not do business with these.
