Poor dispatch times
I placed an order for a fan which showed as available for 'immediate dispatch' on their website. After paying and logging into my account on their website it showed my order as available for dispatch from a date which was 3 weeks away, Yet their website still showed available for immediate dispatch on the product page.
The only contact phone number costs 8p per minute and as these aren't included in mobile minutes, so I decided to send them an email to query when the item will be delivered. It has been 3 business days now since I sent them an email and no response to the enquiry I sent asking for them to clarify what it happening with my order.
[Update: The fan got dispatched after 5 days after I placed the order, not what I call immediate dispatch but better than the 3 weeks it showed on the order status. But I never did get any response to my emails, even if they considered my enquiry closed because they had sent the item, they should have responded. Not filling me with confidence to get any response out of them if any fault develops with the item]
